Whataburger

My husband and I stopped on our way back to Fayetteville. The food was the same outstanding quality that we expect from Whataburger! It was excellent. But what made our experience even better was Loren. He greeted us when we walked in the door, took our order and he was amazing!!! Very friendly and welcoming!! He made SURE we had all the extra sauces for our fries and provided us with a wonderful meal. His smile and efforts to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal makes all the difference!!! There is no way anyone could leave in a bad mood, Loren made sure everyone was happy, smiling, and well fed. We will be stopping again!!

My local Whataburger that I literally tweeted corporate for so many times!! What a dream come true for me lol. There is a reason Whataburger was rated best burger in all the chains (google it) because the ingredients are the fresh & the food is cooked to order every time (worth the wait). & This location is improving on wait times here lately, especially today! I use the app for ordering & it's super easy. The workers are always nice & approachable. The GM Mitchell, approached & wanted an honest opinion of the location & I admitted I'm here biweekly. Its good for Siloam to have variety on chains.

The burgers and fries were hot and fresh when they brought our order to us. The food was so good! The young man who took our order was very nice and professional. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, there was music playing but it wasn’t blaring. Mitchell, the manager, was very nice. He seems to be doing a great job of managing the restaurant and employees as it was clean and organized inside and employees were courteous and seemed to all be working together to get food orders out in a timely manner. We will definitely eat at Whataburger in Siloam again!

Very nice & clean. Food was exceptionally good, and employees were so kind and helpful. We had a really nice visit with the manager, Mitchell Carmack, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. We will go back❣

Literal 10/10 starting with LOREN. He was great taking our order, then he treated us so well and specifically in the dining area, and the food was as good as it always is. We stopped on the way to Tulsa on Easter Sunday, so glad we did!

Let me tell you when I say my sister and I had the BEST experience here. We came through the drive-thru Wednesday night. Derrick and Austin knocked it out of the park. They were friendly and professional. They assured us our food would be fresh & it sure was. We were skeptical about trying the wings & we asked if they were good. They assured us they were & we were so happy we got them. The world needs some more Derricks & Austins.

Came here to eat today and the food was delicious! The food came out hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and the burger was just the way I wanted it! By the time we ordered, grabbed our drinks and got to our table the food was coming out and the cashier was bringing it out with a big smile. The general manager, Mitchell was kind and spoke to our group like we had been lifelong friends! I could hear him in the kitchen and you can tell he takes care of his staff! He made sure our orders were right and made sure to circle back to us to refill drinks and ask if we needed any extra ketchup or napkins. The restrooms were clean and stocked, and so was the dining room. I highly recommend coming to this whataburger, especially for your first time!

The morning manager Noah, was so helpful, kind, and friendly as well as having amazing customer service along with being safe! He was friendly at the window and I had accidentally dropped my card on the ground and he rushed around to tell me to stay seated and that he would get it for me. I like that they make them wear the Hi-Vis vests, good idea in hopes of being safe

They were awesome here. I placed an order for a breakfast item online right at 11 which is when they switch to lunch they didn't receive the order but they went out of their way to make fresh biscuits without arguing or trying to get me to order something else they did this all with a great attitude and the food was pretty good.

My mother and I ordered at the drive through today and got the best service ever from Loren! Thank you so much! You made us feel like family and blessed our day!

Five stars, no doubt! Whataburger's always my go-to for juicy burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and that Southern hospitality you just can't beat. Never had a bad meal, and the drive-thru line moves faster than a greased pig on ice. Mitchell always does an amazing job with his staff and I'll be back anytime I'm in the mood for some good food and superb service. Can't recommend it enough!

Its so nice being able to grab a good burger after a rough night at the casino. Open 24 hours. Little pricey but worth it for the most part.

Every other Whataburger that I’ve been to from Kansas City to Galveston has been busy. I don’t know what the problem is here because I’ve been happy with the food and service here the several times that I’ve driven in from my lake house on Grand Lake. What am I missing? I know you can’t respond but yeah I wonder why this place is like this. Give them a chance.

I walk into Siloam Springs Whataburger, I’ve heard a lot of bad things about it. Everything from expired meat to rats in the fryer, but I’m finally trying because I haven’t had Whataburger in awhile…

I decide to go inside, about 10;30 at night, and it’s bright, modern, didn’t feel like I should be in Siloam Springs. But it wasn’t a bad modern, I was greeted fast, and my order was took. The girl was very helpful, giving her honest opinion and not the “everything is good here!”

She helped me pick out the Number One, and I subbed out the mustard for water sauce. I got onion rings, and a drink. I got my drink and tasted the sweet tea, freshly made, and it sucked ngl. It tasted burnt with too much sugar, I couldn’t tell you if I was drinking tea mildew or sugar water.

I got my food, didn’t take that long to get out, I get sauce which did cost money. I went to my car and let me first start off with the onion rings.

The onion rings were so crunchy and yummy, they came apart good and had that snap. I hate onion rings you can’t eat because the onion part won’t release. The onion was sweet, the breading was crispy and good, and some of the best onion rings I’ve had in awhile.

The Burger, my gosh it was good. The meat tasted fresh, the veggies were up to amazing standards, the lettuce wasn’t shredded, it was juicy… really gave it that “What-A-Burger” feeling.

I gave this a 5 out of 5 because there were more pros than cons, and the only con I felt is the tea. I will go again, 10/10 will recommend.

As a family we decided a Whataburger burger sounded so good today! We were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome! We enjoyed every bite on Easter Day!!

The new manager, Mitchell Carmack, is incredible. He came out of the kitchen and engaged in a genuine conversation as he discussed his goals for this Whataburger location. He was willing to communicate honestly and was genuinely one of the kindest people I have interacted with. If I could rate the atmosphere higher, I absolutely would. This Whataburger location is well on its way to success, and much credit goes to the new leadership.

Food is always hot and fresh. Everyone is always friendly, specifically Loren, he has great customer service skills and can put a smile on anyone’s face!

Drive thru isn't always the fastest, but the employees are friendly, the food is always good, and my order is always right. As a Texas native I welcome the taste of home.

Super-fast and food was awesome!! Dined in on lunch break, and plenty of time! Onion rings especially were fantastic. Soft and hot but still crisp and crunchy without being overcooked. Met new manager, Mitchell, and he was super-nice! Would totally recommend!
