I have been with Aaron's almost 15 years I have no bad complaints against them. And they are always very nice to me. I love the employees plus the store.

Been going to Aaron's over 25 years. You pay more but anything you buy on credit comes with costs. Derek is an awesome manager and cares when you have an issue. I've bought it all and service is the best..

Absolutely 10 stars!! I leased a washer and dryer from the Fitchburg, MA location and Jose and Devan came to deliver it, I live on the 3rd floor and the stairways and very narrow and they did it with a smile were very careful with the set and got them hooked up very efficiently, also had to deal with putting the hoses thru a strange set up in a door that is in my extra room, they did it and it came out great, thank you so so much I am one very happy customer 😊😊😊 A+++++

I had to say that Fitchburg Aaron's has the best customer service ever. I just call to inquire about a TV and Lisandra really has knowledge in that area. She also offer me a sound bar for a affordable price. I went to the store to pick up the merchandise and the Manager Derek was amazing. I would recommended a 101%. Thanks Aaron's Fitchburg for make me happy.

Fast delivery and set up , i bought a sofa, bedroom set and a table...i loved everything thanks Lisandra about all...good place snd the girl are amazing!
