Excellent town post office! Very helpful staff offering professional services and advice. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come here over the past few months. I haven’t established a PO Box so I can’t speak to that, but they’ve helped with everything I’ve needed. Thanks so much!

I have to say this post office is awesome. I'm sorry others seem to have bad experiences. But Im a daily visitor to the post office in the towns I've lived in through my life. I have a PO box here and all is well. They go above and beyond when you compare them to other post offices in or around Boston.

And I have to add again that they deserve 5 stars here compared to any other post office in the suburbs of Boston. I love this post office!

I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. I watched them work and they were so kind and upbeat to everyone. Complete opposite of rte 30 Framingham one. They are perfect examples of incredible customer service. I was grateful to have their help! Good work deserves recognition ❤

Moon was a delight! Friendliest USPS staff I’ve encountered.

I'm grateful to an employee at this location who went out of his way to help me after my wife mistakenly dropped an important letter in a drive-up mailbox without a stamp. He could have told me to just wait for the letter to come back, "return to sender," but instead he took the time to carefully go through the box and find the letter. After he verified my ID, I was able to get the letter back and put a stamp on it, with no delay. THANK YOU!

I am a new resident in Natick (my husband and I moved here from Newton, MA, in May 2019), and my very first visit to the Natick main post office was a delight to me. The minute I walked in the door, I heard a man's voice say, "Hello, how are you today?" This was so unexpected that I actually thought this man must be on the phone or talking to someone else. But there was no one else around at that moment, and the man behind the counter was not on the phone. That's when I realized that this post office employee had actually greeted me in a friendly, welcoming way -- so different from what I'd been used to in Newton! On my latest visit, just a few days ago, the woman who helped me was extremely patient when it turned out I had misunderstood the instructions for returning a package to an online company. She tried a workaround on her computer, but when that didn't work she explained what I needed to do. At no time did she seem impatient or annoyed with me -- again, a change from what I'd been accustomed to in Newton. So, as far as I'm concerned, this is a terrific post office, staffed by polite, friendly, helpful people. Five stars from this happy new resident -- I LOVE Natick and all its friendly, well-run businesses!

I use this post office on a daily basis as I run my business from home. Gets very busy around 11:30-12:30PM and as you get closer to the holidays it's very busy at most times. During the day some of the parking spots tend to be taken up by the daycare at the church across the street, and Saturdays by the farmers market attendees so it can prove difficult to park here sometimes. If there is no parking then I recommend parking around the corner on Bee Street. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I recommend this location.

This facility stamps it’s authority on Natick Common😉 Post your mail, then head over to Park Street for a home made ice cream by way of reward.

My favorite post office location. Sure, sometimes you have to wait, sometimes they have to multitask between postal and passport windows, but always courteous and professional!

I've gone to this office for about two years. Just get postage on a box or to buy stamps, basic things. The staff there always has been helpful and experienced with my questions. I'd say if you dont like lines go at off hours, pretty self explanatory.

Wow what an experience , very rude employee who generally seemed to hate her job. Tossed my packages into the crate right in front of me, like no care given. These are the employees that make me wonder how the post office is still open when FedEx and UPS has much better services

Always a hit or miss with service. There is one younger gentleman with glasses who I specifically avoid because of his attitude. He seems to always be annoyed.

Do not get a PO Box here. The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. They do not have the ability to put mail in the correct box. These mouth-breathing idiots cannot be trusted with the task of sorting mail or signing for packages. If you get a PO Box at this location, your mail will disappear. This is not really a post office, it is a monument to carelessness and stupidity.
