Most unprofessional "female" pharmacist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with about my medical needs. Apparently she believes she is a Practitioner of medicine and can deny a valid and safe Rx, which Walgreens has been filling for nearly 5 years now. When asked why, she responded that corporate policy and their DEA lawsuit has placed a system of Red Flags in people whose prescribing medical professional is more than x miles away. I lived in the city of my medical professional and now I don't, but I should have to replace a 2 decade healthcare relationship because Walgreens got in trouble for pain meds abuse. Well, that has nothing to do with my psych meds. Oh and I pay with cash, so I'm a degenerate now, because my insurance is bad and Good Rx makes prices reasonable. When I told her that was discriminatory and illegal, she told me to take it up with the DEA and when asked refused to disclose her name or license number, which isn't a very good look for someone attempting to claim her actions are within her scope of practice and within the standard of care. Attempting to allow Walgreens to fix the issue, so I Reported "her" to corporate. They said she is not following their guidelines. If they can't resolve the issue the Board of Pharmacist and the Medical Licensing Board will be contacted for malpractice and patient neglect.
