Everyone I talked to at the shop was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in on short notice and were completely up front about what needed to be done and the cost. During this time, they even sent me pictures of the issue, which was a great touch and not something I've had any other shop do before. They were able to get the part and have it installed quickly, and even personally informed me about both the warranty of the part and the labor. Great experience overall, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever needed.

Very happy with my experiences at West Main Auto. The work is always top notch and they accommodate my schedule. They've won me over from a number of other local mechanics because of their willingness to understand my time crunches (as a self-employed contractor), knowledge and budget. The staff is always friendly and patient when I call in to make an appointment and describe my vehicle's issue and just as pleasant when I bring my car in to drop off and pick up. They recently saved me a few hundred dollars by getting a second look at something another mechanic said I needed fixed right away. My vehicle is in good hands with West Main Auto :) Highly recommend!

These guys are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, efficient and the quote made a huge difference. It wasn’t just a list of repairs and costs, it was a scale of severity and photos to show what they’re referencing. I could easily understand what was something that could be taken care of later versus what needed to be taken care of now. They looked over everything I asked about and then some. Communication was clear and honest. Al runs a tight ship over there and the crew is awesome!
This shop is about an hour away from me, but finding shops that can be trusted and won’t try to sell you on nonsense and take advantage are hard to come by and I’ll travel that distance every time I need my car worked on because I know they’ll take care of me.

Honestly really good place to have your vehicle serviced. He'll work with you if you can't fully pay what you have to in one shot. They do absolutely great work there and your vehicle is in good hands in the shop. If I have to bring a vehicle to a shop I'll definitely be going back.

Great place! Needed over $1k in repairs, brakes/rotors/calipers. They did what I'd consider, above what is normally done, and checked on the previous work for that vehicle they had done and found that the parts were all under warranty! So from $1,200 down to $370! I'm always happy to save even a little bit of money, but for a repair shop to make sure I'm getting the best service and cheapest price was above par! These guys rock

Went to West Main Auto for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff were friendly and the service was great. Even received a text a couple of days later asking how my experience went. I plan on becoming a long time customer and highly recommend West Main Auto!
