Sam and her beautiful shop have been a gift to experience. As someone who is generally shy, Sam made me feel so comfortable and confident. She listened to all my preferences and helped me pick the perfect dress. I can’t recommend Art & Lace Bridal enough!

I came to Art and Lace Bridal as a member of my best friend’s bridal party and Samantha absolutely blew us away!!! She created an experience that none of us will ever forget. Samantha was so warm and inviting, patient, and laid back. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients find their dream dress. She wasn’t pushy whatsoever, which was a huge breath of fresh air vs previous experiences (at a different company) we’d had earlier that day. Art and Lace Bridal is simply PHENOMENAL and we will recommend them to anyone for their bridal needs!!

Everything you need for a great wedding dress shopping experience is here - a super nice, friendly, and very patient owner/stylist, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and gorgeous dresses at reasonable prices. I loved my experience trying dresses on here. I highly recommend.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a wedding shop. The owner was so helpful and made me feel amazing squeezing into all the dresses I really liked. She made me feel so beautiful and I will never stop recommending this store. Has amazing customer service skills, so professional and so easy to talk to and share your likes and dislikes about styles of dresses.

Samantha was AMAZING! She created a space where I felt comfortable, relaxed, excited, and supported the entire appointment! She truly makes you feel like it’s about you from listening about your interests, knows how to show a variety of styles, and makes sure that your guests are comfortable and enjoying the whole experience as well. If I could give infinite stars, I would! So happy I happen to find her store and I absolutely will recommend her to anyone and everyone!

A truly magical place where the stars align! The owner is extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable during the appt. She is very creative and a great listener who will help make your dream dress come to life. After many other places this is the only shop that understood my vision and had gowns like no other, highly recommend!

I loved trying on dresses with owner Sam! She has such unique style dresses there, she takes pride in her dress shop and loves fashion. Highly recommend if you're looking for a personal and unique dress shopping experience

My experience at Art & Lace Bridal started off amazing! This shop was much different than any other shop it was a personable & relaxing environment. I felt that all my wants & needs were heard & understood. I was the owner Sam’s first wedding dress order which made me super excited.. that was until my dress came in. My dress does not meet the expectations I had from trying on Sam’s sample dress in her shop. My dress came in & looked much different than the dress I said “yes” too. First off my dress has two pulls & a smear of red lipstick. I’ve attached photos of the dress I said yes to which you can clearly see in the first photo the shop owner Sam is in the photo showing me how the dress will fit in my correct size. Second photo shows the dress I received ( there is no weight gain between the photos just weird angle & lighting) Third photo is the dress I received also to show no difference in weight. Fourth photo is side by side photos to show the differences. While they may be the “same dress” as Sam repeatedly told me.. they are not made the same. The sample dress is flattering & fits almost perfectly compared to the dress I received which looks sloppy. My bride contract states nowhere on it that “all sales are final” which Sam repeatedly has told me after the fact. My dress is damaged & her response was “bring it to a seamstress for them to fix it”. I trusted Sam with one of the most important parts of my wedding day. I paid in full ( 3 months before receiving the dress) for a dress unseen because she told me I would receive a free photography session of my choice. I decided to bring the dress to seamstresses & tailors. Where they told me the dress Sam sold me was never intended on being as it was shown in the first photo. For them to make the dress look as close as possible to that they need to remove half of the zipper, cut the straps & take in the dress drastically. Sam does not stand behind the products she sells. She won’t take the dress back, she won’t refund me, she won’t pay for the dress to be fixed or even a portion of it. She got paid & that’s all that matters to her. Ultimately it comes down to experience & I do not recommend this shop to anyone! Go with a more experienced bridal shop who knows their dresses & designers
