Terry, the owner, actually used to come to my father's home to help an elderly man that doesn't know much about computers. Then he is told (due to covid) that there won't be anymore field visits. So, my father and I dropped off an i7 HP laptop about a year ago. After numerous calls which all went to voicemail, his secretary answered once and only said, "I saw it on the bench, I think he was working on it." Now this is 4-5 months after I dropped it off. Beforehand, he had diagnosed it needed simply a motherboard and the bill was going to be $250.00 or so if I remember right, and my dad left payment. At any rate, it's been over a year, he blocked my cell phone, and I was able to prove this as my mom and my dad both called his number and it rang and went to voicemail. Nobody ever answered or returned our calls. All I want is my laptop back, repaired or not and I guess I'll be filing small claims court tomorrow.
