Marc and his team packed and shipped a very rare Mid Century floor lamp from Florida across the country for us. Communication was professional, friendly, and consistent. The packing job was WORLD CLASS with strong, clean boxes, plenty of foam peanuts and heavy bubble wrap. Each fragile (irreplaceable) glass piece was securely wrapped and packed in its own BOMBPROOF PACKING. Highly recommend this team for fragile and delicate items!

Great local run postal center where they know your name and are on top of everything and the clientele are not the type to keep a piece of mis addressed item. Highly recommend because the owner is always there along with multiple staff and will do everything they can to meet you needs

I stopped by for the first time today because they were thankfully the only shipping location open extended hours right now. I was able to email my shipping labels ahead of time so they could print and attach them for me which was a nice convenience. I had an extra item without a box that they were able to quickly package for me as well. I expected to have a long wait due to it being Christmas week, however, I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Postal Connections to others in the future

I brought in an Amazon return that required the item to be re-boxed. Jim, the owner, accommodated me by supplying a box and did not charge me. Great business.

Wow! I didn't realize amazing service still existed until today. My wife is Canadian and was in Vero Beach visiting her Dad and she received a date next month to have a surgery back in Canada but had to get signed documents back to Canada right away. But, she couldn't get to Postcal Connections until after 5:00. However, a very nice young man named Zach who clearly cared how important this was, said he would stay until it safely got out. I spoke to Jim his supervisor about what a great Zach was doing over there and Jim was terrific as well. Not to mention the fact that it was so much cheaper to send through them then directly with UPS or Fedex. So, many places say "There's nothing we can do" and this place says "We'll make sure we do it" We are very grateful to them.

Incredible customer service, from start to finish!! I needed to ship six heavy (and sentimental) pieces of furniture from Florida to Indiana. Marc worked with me over phone and email to get an accurate estimate and settle the details. He and Kevin showed up when they said they would, professionally packed the furniture for freight shipping, and followed up after its arrival in Indiana. I can't say enough good things about their high level of customer service and attention to detail. If you need something shipped, this is the place to come. Christmas time is always very crazy and stressful. Trying to find a place that is priced the best AND has great service, seems to be nearly impossible. I had a fantastic experience. My truck was full of gifts. I had an employee come out and help me carry in my package into the business. All three associates that were working were beyond fantastic. They helped me get everything shipped to North Carolina, and very friendly throughout the process. I have used them a few times before, but that is the only place I will ship anything from. Fantastic Experience.

I am moving from FL to CA and Marc came to my home to pickup 17 boxes for shipment. Marc and his staff are professional, friendly and caring. Marc's incredible customer service makes it a real pleasure to work with him and I have full confidence in him and his staff.

I just left from there today with my step father nlaw 7/14/21 getting an affidavit paper signed and notarized to get my babies in school. I never been in this place and I tell you that these people are so wonderful and nice. I felt so welcomed that I was so happy and couldn't stop saying thank you so much to them. Once in a while, I am “blown Away” by people who perform services. Today was one of those “Once in a whiles.” Immediate service, great packaging suggestion, price that was patently reasonable, and best of all… I exited the store in less than three minutes.

I had very detailed instructions to fedex my closing docs for my home in NJ. ZACK AND TAMICKA were so helpful, amazing detailed help and Zack even helped me with my cell phone issue!! Super friendly and Mark the owner was hands on assisting clients. Thanks to all of you my package arrived in time for the attorney.

I just had a fantastic experience with a multitude of services from this store, including printing, notarizing, scanning, e-mailing, and shipping. Marc was super helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish.

They were the only place open after 5pm. This was a big deal for me because I work from 9-5. When I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted. They took care of me right away and gave me options to the best and least expensive way to send my package. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to handle business like this after work hours.
