My Samsung s10e got wet and the screen went black. I was so sad that I hadn't backed up my photos and all those memories might be lost. I called Gadget Fix and Mike was so exceptional and kind helping me find a solution. I brought my phone in a few days later and right there on the spot he examined it and gave me the information I needed to determine if I should spend the money for a repair. I opted to get a new screen. In less than 1.5 business days he had my phone ready to go, good as new. Highly recommend Gadget fix for any of your electronics needs. Mike is super personable and genuine and I'll definitely be back!

My phone wouldn't hold a charge so I called around to see if someone could fix it while the Apple Store was closed. Mike had me bring my phone down, and after asking what issues I was having, he told me some possible causes. He took the battery out and realized I had water in my phone. I went and grabbed some lunch and upon my return my phone was working perfectly. I was very impressed by his ability to diagnose my issues, fix my phone, and provide such excellent service in a short amount of time. It is hard to find great customer service and I will surely be returning for any future issues.

As promised, it’s now six months later and did need to return for more help and Jeremy did not disappoint. He fixed everything, 2 phones and a laptop, all for a great price. My sons shattered phone, saved all data. My iPhone is two years old and appeared to be on its last legs. Got a new battery for only $79 (yes, a new battery - turns out you don't have to get a whole new $800 phone). Also fixed my usb port in my laptop free of charge.
If you're technically challenged like I am, these guys are kind and gracious and you leave with all those frustrating things resolved. I felt like I should've paid more.

Great customer service. I took my devices there a few times. Mike is always honest about the process and pricing. If fixing cost more than it worth, he will let me know. If it will cost less filing insurance claim or take it to the Apple store, he will let me know. He is my go to guy for all tech related questions.

Mike is quick with the repair and very knowledgeable. He even offered me a case after fixing my phone, which I found was nice customer service. The place can be a little hard to find as the buildings all look alike, but there’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to walk to find it.

Barry was great. I needed a new battery for my I-phone 5S and possibly a new charging port. He pulled a lot of lint out of my charging port and checked out the other systems saving me the cost of a new charging port. He changed the battery. Gadget Fix is very reasonable priced, fast to respond and so much easier to get to than going to the mall or Sprint. I was helped immediately, the battery replacement was done on the spot. No waiting behind 20 other customers like it is at Sprint Southcenter. What a great option for phone repairs.

Highly recommend Gadget Fix! They were fast, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. While replacing the cracked glass on my favorite phone for a fraction of the price everyone else charges, I learned they could replace the glass on my i pads, ipods and on most other electronics. They inspected all parts insuring the longevity, quality & safety of my phone in the short time they had my phone. They did most of the work where I could see and gave me information regarding the work. I couldn't believe the great price. I hope they stay in business for a long time. Great Company!!!! Thank you

I've had multiple repairs here; more specifically, gadget fix helped to replace the screen on my macbook pro! While doing so, gadget fix was professional, communicative and courteous. Customer service was great and whenever I tried to contact them they were very responsive. I'd even go as far as to say that I would recommend Gadget fix to family and friends.

The technician here is fabulous. My issue with my Samsung Note 20 5G Ultra was something he had not specifically seen before, but readily took a look at it and figured it out. He saved me over $1,000, and provided me with an immediate temporary fix so I didn't ruin anything during the 1 day wait for parts. It was clear to see why other phone fix-it shops referred me to him. He says he particularly specializes in devices that won't come on. If you have something that isn't working or is damaged, take it by and give him a shot.

First time we have used this company and we are now loyal customers! Fixed my daughter's shattered iPhone screen in 30 mins and it works perfectly. Very reasonably priced. We will now drive past the repair shop near our house and drive here from now on! Thank you!

The guys were very nice, helped me instantly with no appointment and even gifted me a screen protector. My screen was completely smashed and they fixed in less than an hour. I can see why this place has such high reviews because they are Excellent. I broke my Phone in Germany and I found them on google before I got home. I needed my phone back fast because I had a court hearing by phone on the 8th. I paid for the fast shipping and thankfully they had my phone repaired and back to me in less than 24 hours. I work in IT so I usually swap parts on my computers when something fail but this time, an irreplaceable part from my Macbook Pro broke and none of the usual repair places could fix. Luckily I heard about Gadget Fix who not only fix the part but also did while I was waiting there.
