Wendy's

Food was fantastic, fries were hot and salty and nuggets were crispy but juicy. Besides that, I mostly came on here to thank the worker at the first window with purple hair who talked to me and my mother about hair dye and complimented my shirt! My mom and I had a really horrible day, us both just getting off of work and getting an upsetting call from our vet. Our conversation was small but was the highlight of my day and really made me smile. I’d like to thank them since I really appreciated it and such a small gesture really meant a lot to me, thank you!!

This Wendy's has the best biscuits and gravy of all the Wendy's restaurants I've visited. I don't know what they do differently, but the gravy is much better....like home made.
Also the staff took care of me by putting some mustard on my sausage biscuit.
Excellent visit......I may have to come back for a Wendys double some afternoon.

First time here. I ordered sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. This is my first time having breakfast at Wendy's. It tasted as expected. Not my thing, but it was good. The iced cold brew coffee vanilla is very good. The potatoes are very good. Hubby's sandwich was pretty good. He ordered bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The order taker was very friendly and attentive. 1-1-24 9:41 am

Very good food. The price, I feel.is a little more than what it's worth. The Biggie bag jumped from $5 to $7 within a couple of weeks. My major complaint is Everytime we go through Newport they never have tea brewed so they say they are out. I did maintenance for a fast food, I know what the real story is they're just too lazy to brew more tea. This is very disappointing! Especially with how many times we support wendy's!

Amazing food, and short wait. The employees were kind and helpful, and they don’t mess everything up like Burger King does. Good job Wendy’s!

Great staff! I door dash and they r always on their game. They r quick and efficient and offer drinks to the driver's! They also have the best potatoes,!

AM crew is great! I come thru all the time, and almost always forget to ask for sauce til I get to the window, and don’t see the slightest hint of frustration. Everyone is always friendly and prompt.

My experiences at this Wendys location has been consistently great. The associates are always polite and friendly. The food is consistently hot and tasty.
The lobby is always clean.

These attributes are not shared with its other fast food neighbors on the same strip.

Consistently receive excellent customer service, well prepared food, and correct orders. Very rarely is anything missing or not as requested.

Food is alright but when you ask for extra barbecue sauce certain employees act as of it's coming from their pockets order 3 dinners get one extra barbecue when you ask for it

Grateful for the night crew here. Just pleasant and hardworking folks working late like I do. My food is hot and fresh… tall cherry coke…. Nothin better yall. I am grateful they are open late so I can sneak in some food after work.

I had 4 McDonalds cheese burgers earlier in the day. Then a Double at Wendys. It is astonishing how much more food Wendys serves for the price, and how much better quality the food is. Ignore the fact I had 6 cheeseburgers in one day. Im kinda trash forreal... and had one more after I ate at Wendys.

I am 22 years old, and my whole life I have NEVER received a mistake at this local Wendy’s. My mother and my sister love to eat here. The food is usually warm, I think only one time the fries weren’t that great. It was massively salty. It really just depends on the staff working.

I just want to say how appreciative I am to all of the Newport, KY Wendy’s staff, especially during these uncertain times!! I have had a couple of recent visits and my order is always superb, with no missing items. There are a few gentlemen who’ve taken my order and I can say they were so helpful, real and understanding. The other day I forgot more cash than what was needed and the credit card I had declined. The man was so patient with me as I found a credit card which would work for the remaining amount. I said to him that the struggle was real sometimes and he was just so sweet about it. I was embarrassed to say the least, but to have someone who made me feel like it’s not a problem and we’ll figure this out, while there were already cars piled up behind me made such a difference in my night. I don’t remember his name. It was about 9pm on Sat, Sep 12th. He was a white gentleman, probably about my age- late 30’s or early 40’s. Sorry if I’m not very accurate with the age guessing. Please tell him thank you for me!! <3

I just wanna say I have nothing but the best experiences here. For a corporate franchise, in the heart of one of the busiest towns, it feels like a small town local place. I live around 3 Wendy’s and this place is the one I go to every time. I really enjoy each person I interact with their, they treat me too well. I hope I can enjoy a meal inside soon. Thanks for feeding me so well for so long.

This Wendy’s restaurant absolutely kills it. I’ve never been to a Wendy’s with faster service. They are sandwiches slap in their fries are always fresh. Keep up the great work you guys rock!

Great Wendy's, good food good service

Despite the location being awkward to get in to/out of, the drive-through is almost always packed. However, the line moves quickly. The food is consistently good, with the exception of the fries that usually don't get salted. The lobby is clean/well maintained and staff is friendly.
