All employees are very, very nice and helpful, any time I will send packages they are amazing!!!!!

When ever I need anything at the Post Office they help me out. I get
what I need.

I pd $15 to expedite my package to arrive by Fri. Mail lady for the 1st time asked to sign for it to put in mailbox. Picked the slip up & NO Package!! Had to wait until MONDAY to get my package when she puts in mailbox any other time. It was MEDs that was NEEDED by Sat. Why pay for expedited mail when Regular would have been Faster!! My mail lady is Lazy..Always!

Step back in time at the Winterville's Post office. Hope and pray that there isn't so much as a single person in front of you or you'll need a book to keep you occupied. Basic things that you can do ONLINE at the USPS website are far and away beyond the capabilities of the Winterville post office. It is a case study in what happens when you allow Unions instead of the free market to run things. You get people that are 40 years behind the times and move slower than frozen honey.

A good place to go to teach your children why they should support the free market and capitalism. Avoid at all costs otherwise.

No one to talk to over the phone at any USPS location it seems. Should have had an important piece of mail come yesterday thursday and it never came. It didn’t come today Friday either. Was sent out mon from Wisconsin. I can’t reach anyone anywhere about anything. The computer prompts have nothing to do with my issue and I’ve tried going through another prompt but it never goes to a human. The Federal Gov sucks big time. Tired of The USPS

We recently moved to Wintersville and obtained a Post Office Box from this location only to discover we are locked out and cannot get to it! The hours of operation are 8:30 am till 5 pm...this is not conducive to our schedule! I've never seen a post office that does this to it's customers. ..

Was supposed to receive my new driver's license a month ago and it hasn't came yet I call to get info and it says there is an hour and 24 minute wait. This is unnacceptable.
