Hands down the best bike shop in the area! I am an avid biker but not savvy on bike components and repair. They ALWAYS have made me feel comfortable and important. Never upselling or talking down at me when I was clueless on what my bike needed. Have done 2 cycle fittings there as well and were by far my best fittings received to date. LOVE NEFF!

Thank you Neff Cycle! Isaac Neff saved not only our day, but our vacation. On the way from Virginia to Montana, we stopped at Neff Cycle first thing in the morning to see if they could fix the gears on my wife’s bike. Although Isaac
was in the middle of another repair, he didn’t hesitate to say he would be happy to take a look at it. The problem ended up being a bad cable which he quickly repaired. Thank you so much Issac! I first heard about Neff Cycles from a number of Madison's top riders, and I'm very glad to have checked the shop out. I bought BMC road and TT bikes from Neff Cycles and have been really impressed with their professionalism, skill, and honesty. My bike fit has never been so dialed in, and all of Isaac's recommendations (fantastic custom wheels!) have been right on the money. Neff Cycle Service has more than lived up to their reputation, and I highly recommend them to all cycling enthusiasts.

I’ve been extremely impressed with Neff Cycle service. I’ve been to the shop and also used the mobile service. In both cases, I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of the work. I’ve had a few odd situations, like when I dropped off a bike for a disc brake replacement but didn’t bring them all the parts I needed. I’ve also taken them some levers other shops weren’t able to fix well. In each case, Neff cycle service did a great job with the repairs. That’s enough to bring me back for sure, but the surprise was how quickly the work was done in each case. Way faster than other shops I’d used in the past for similar work.

Extremely reasonably priced - everything feels more than fair, and I’m not getting unreasonable add-on fees. Basics of the shop are great as well - quite a bit of stuff in stock, easy parking, easy to get to.

This shop is a step above - super glad I happened to find it.

My mtb has never ridden so good! They did a full overhaul on my Juliana Joplin. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast turnaround. Great communication! Highly recommend.

Neff Cycle Service is amazing. They have helped me with choosing and installing new tires, rear cassettes, chains, chainrings, bike fitting, and selecting the best bike for my needs and fit. They have always provided prompt service and given me accurate cost and time estimates. Isaac Neff and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and have taught me so much about so many facets of bike maintenance, and have always been patient and respectful with my questions and concerns.

I discovered Neff Cycle Service a couple of years ago after the trusted shop that was servicing my bike moved out of town. Neff is my new exclusive repair shop. I have used them several times. They are knowledgeable, have fair rates, and promised turnaround times. They don't try to upsell you. I couldn't be more pleased dealing with them.

Top notch shop. Went in for a mtb fitting and came away impressed by Isaac's approach to the customer. Was very engaged and personable throughout the fitting to ensure that my feedback and improvement needs were met from riding posture to shock adjustments to brake bleed. Recommend to anyone going foreward.

I can't say enough about how great it has been working with Neff Cycle Service for all my cycling needs! I first came to Neff looking to have my tri bike fit tuned up. Isaac helped me get to a position on my bike where I felt so much stronger than before, but still remained comfortable. When I was looking for a new road bike, Neff helped me build a bike within my budget that had everything I wanted. Many shops don't offer the same type of flexibility with their builds, but Neff gave me several options to choose from for the majority of the items on the bike. Even though its a bit of a drive for me, I will always take my bike to Neff's because their service is second to none!

These guys are awesome. It's great to have a bike shop to trust to get it right and have a quick turnaround to get me back on the trail. Couldn't be happier with every experience I've had with this shop.

I scheduled a bike fit with Isaac and it was so worthwhile! His attention to detail and clear explanations were absolutely brilliant. As a person getting back into biking after a 40 year break, I was so happy to be treated with as much care as any other level of athlete. Super encouraging, and the best part is, my bike is 1000% better fitting me now. So many minor tweaks and adjustments — it all adds up to one happy customer. Thanks, Isaac!

High quality service and the best bicycle shop in Madison.

1st off, normally I go to 2 other shops but they are a couple hours away. They are far cheaper. So time was an issue so I almost went to a couple closer but I reached out to Issac, got a quick response & was blown away in the end. Either wanted to upgrade or just do a tune up, he didn't try to upsell me going the upgrade route like some shops. Talked it over & that's it. Just did the tune up & got the free adjustment. He's knowledgeable, nice & knows how to treat customers. Took a couple test rides while I was there. Since they don't do rentals I'll have to go back when demos are available because I want to test out that one bike on the trail that I took for a spin. It is a little pricey but it's totally worth it. The bike feels like it's brand new & looks like it as well. They do a phenomenal job cleaning it, better than I have. It's no wonder people rave about Neffs. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

Great bike shop. Took an older Trek and they made it new and kept to the price they stated (maybe even a bit less than stated). Very helpful and friendly staff. There are several really good bike options in Madison and I consider this to be one of the best in town.

Isaac and the staff at Neff's are incredible. They never make you feel like you have to get something done to your bike. They'll make suggestions on things that can be done but you'll never feel the pressure of having to get it done. Whether it's a simple tune up, you need tubes or tire, or even want a bike custom made, they can do it all.

Isaac and the crew at Neff Cycle Service are amazing! I purchased a used frame and needed the components to get it all set up. They worked with me to get the best setup that meets my needs perfectly. Their level of commitment went above and beyond what I would have expected. Once the parts came in, their service was tremendous. I dropped my frame off and they had the bike completely built and ready to go in a very short time. They did a great job and even went out of their way to bring it out to their parking lot and wipe everything down with bleach wipes before heading inside so that I could pick it up. This Covid-19 is a weird time we are living in but they made this transaction even easier than pre-lockdown. Before having this bike assembled by Neff, I had come in for a triathlon fit by Isaac, I have been fit by multiple other professional bike fitters and this was the best fit I have ever felt, I have never been so comfortable in all riding positions on my TT bike. Thank you again everyone at Neff Cycle Service for the AMAZING fit and the PERFECT bike build. I would highly recommend Neff to anyone from the beginner rider to the competitive professional athlete.

Isaac has helped me for many years maintain my race bikes assessing repairs needed or ways to upgrade. Most importantly, he completes effectively at a fair cost and gives the bike TLC like it was his own.The mobile service is awesome too. Thanks Isaac :)

Excellent communication, could not ask for better service! I needed a bike shipped on short notice, sorted out everything over the phone, and the bike has since arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packed. Were I closer to Wisconsin this would for sure be my go-to shop!

I had my best bike shop experiences here. What has set Neff above is that my cycling needs were more of a conversation. I sort of know what I need and know what has and hasn't worked well for me in the past, but I'm far from an expert. Talking through all of that has gotten me feeling better than ever on my bike, and I can't imagine going anywhere else now.
