Cabañas Restaurant

This a great restaurant and I would highly recommend it. What makes this restaurant different from other restaurants is they serve Mexican food and food from Honduras. My wife and I have tried Items from both menus and love everything. My wife says that the food has more flavor than other restaurants. I personally love the Tamales from Honduras. My family is from Colombia, South America and these Tamales are the closest to the Tamales you get in Colombia. Please give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve literally went there 3 times in a week after discovering this place. It is so delicious! I’m glad I was able to find some good Honduran/mexican food. They also have my all time favorite strawberry milk called “fresisula” definitely give it a try. I like the selection of Spanish candy they have at the counter. The ladies who work there are very attentive and welcoming.

This is authentic Honduran food, although they have American food for the less adventurous 😂. The Beef Soup is out of this world!!! But today we had breakfast with freshly made flour tortillas. ¡¡¡Que Riquísimo!!! 😋😋😋

This was the best Hispanic restaurant we've ever been to in this area! My husband is Salvadoran and to find a Hispanic restaurant that has good pupusas and tamales that are authentic like the ones back home and on the west coast is amazing. The food is authentic, tasty and filling! You can tell they put love into their meals. Even the Mexican portions tasted better then any Mexican around here we have tried! Best little kept secret, highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy GOOD authentic Mexican and Hispanic food!!

Great food and service here. Love the staff. Me and my two brothers are here. I can only compliment this restaurant. Super clean bathrooms with good smelling hand soap🤷. I will definitely be back.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to eat I'm so glad that I was able to find it. We had the pupusas chile relleno and steak tacos. It was all amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff was super friendly we will definitely be going back. Very authentic food.

Cabañas Restaurant is a hidden gem for Honduran cuisine – definitely a must-try resto and the flavors take me straight to Central America. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a go-to spot for an authentic dining experience.

Great first experience!!! The food was delicious and the prices were on par with the food. The server was very attentive to our requests.

Got there a little before closing but they still treated us like we had all the time in the world! Food was amazing! Cactus for the 1st time !

Unfortunately, I haven’t eaten other honduran foods to compare but W O W. I loved the baleadas, the pupusas, and anything else I ate at this place.

Here I am, sitting waiting for my to-go order. I have clear view of the window where all the food comes out of the kitchen! What I see, is beautifully decorated dishes with lots of color and flavors almost bursting into your eyes.

Please, if you like other hispanic foods, including Mexican, please come and try them out. You will not be disappointed…. And all of their entrees barely break $10 (if they even).

Authentic food and good service. You will be in and out in a short amount of time. I love the shrimp quesadilla and the queso is delicious!

I'm from out of town and I went with my boyfriend he's Honduran and we got the yucca con chicarron it was excellent and alot of food. I've eaten this in other restaurants in Raleigh NC but here it's different. Usually you get a plate with chicarron on 1/3 then yucca on 1/3 and shredded cabbage with a red sauce over it 1/3 of plate. Here the chicarron is circing the outter part of plate with yucca abd shred cabbage full in the middle and a cream sauce overtop with some picked onions on top. I like it better here I wish I took a pic of it so I could show back in Raleigh resturant lol

It's just perfect. I'm from Honduras, and part of their menu is Honduran food. It was absolutely delicious. The staff is wonderful and they're Honduran. I can drive 2 hours just to enjoy their food again.

I like the way they prepare the pupusas to go. The pupusas salsa is the best. Not fan of that steamed cabbage from the factory, but the pickled beet is food. If you can have a chance, get the Honduran dinner.
