I understand everyone’s complaints about the wait etc, but you have to understand they are understaffed and if you made an appointment stay and wait instead of leaving then coming back hours later. These women move quickly. Reminds me of Harlem.
Prices are fair, they even include the hair in any color you want ! All this complaining but I bet you’re a repeating customer 😂😂😂😂😂😂

This women does the best African braids I've even seen. she's gentle but does them correct, they braids last quite a lot and I was able to sleep comfortably with them from day one. I will most definitely be back.

So I love with my hair, I just showed a photo and my hair came out just as I asked. Will be returning forsure, all the ladies were so sweet! I didn’t see one hair style I disliked walking out Mimi shop.

I have no complaints my hair actually grew from my crochet hairstyle. I will be a repeat client. I just moved from North Carolina and I am very satisfied.

I have never had a problem!! Yes they may be understaffed but then make an appointment or go early!!! I never make one and im never waiting long!! They always braid my hair and install my lace fronts and they take there time and always on point!!!!!
