I waited until the last minute to complete a senior design poster which had to be printed as 36”x48”. All stores in the area could not complete my request in time or did not support this poster size. With the help of Paul I was able to print off two 24”x36” sections at an extremely short notice. When I asked for help, he immediately got the plotter working and was able to print off the two high quality sections. Without the help of Paul at Office Depot I would have been out of luck. Thanks again Paul!

I went into Office Depot and saw one of the associates. Her name is Lou. She quickly asked me if she could help me and I told her that I needed a copy from my phone and she said well come over here and I will help you set it up and she did everything to help me and now I know how to run the machine because of her. She was so delightful and had a smile on your face. More companies need people like her.

Outstanding customer service! I gave an associate essentially a scribble on a legal pad and, within minutes, she had produced a very professional form that I will use for years. I will go to this store for all my printing and office needs!

The services that I receive from the Office Depot Office Max on Whitney Way in West Madison, WI. is very impeccable and their team are very knowledgeable in addition to above and beyond the most courteous and friendliest of anywhere else I've been. Ms. Kim was so very helpful and if it were within my means, I'd see to it that she would receive a double pay raise promotion 👍!

I was able to order the planner that I can only get at Office Depot and pick up was amazing, just walk into the store and the package is on a shelf with your name on it.

Office Depot was the only place I found that carried 10 gallon clear plastic bags that I wanted for recycling shredded paper. Other stores showed it as online only.

Office depot has some great merchanise that I can find only downfall is their prices is unbelievable high. Some of their staff is very nice. And I know where to go to buy school supplies and office. I order on line and found some house hold stuff in clerance
section.

They have all the items I need and are located close to other stores were I regularly shop of other items for my business.

Just purchased a Brother printer/copier for my small business. We have 3 other Brother units in operation prior to this purchase. We found the Office Depot had the correct model in stock and ready for in-store pick up. The on-line order was simple and quick, the in-store process was quick and easy. I have been an Office Depot customer for more than 10 years and I have found the stores generally very well stocked and I’ve had good service from the staff. My most recent was one of my most exceptional for the high level of assistance, patience, and attention I received from “Nimi” who went beyond expectations to help when one of the store copies was out of order. She stepped up to get my complex project completed expeditiously and perfectly using store copiers. . It was a 5 star transaction that kept me on schedule to deliver my project as necessary.

I bought an office chair at this Whitney Way, Madison, WI Office Depot. The staff were very helpful and I was happy. However, the chair itself didn't work out in my home office environment so I wanted to return it. I already had it assembled so I was concerned that they would want me to disassemble it. However, they couldn't have been nicer. They said to bring the box back or not and then bring the assembled chair back and they would give me a full refund. (This was just the day after I purchased it so maybe that helped.) In any case, they couldn't have been nicer or more supportive. I just had to write them a good review as I was so happy with my interaction!
