Bipin is awesome. Everytime me, my mother and my kids come in he greets us by name and asks how we're doing. Thank you, Bipin for always making mine and my families visit a great one.

We picked up slurpees after our flu shots and the cashier was darling with my kids. Super kind and friendly. They all commented on "How nice that lady was." We visited around 4:15 on 10/13/2020. I wish I had caught her name. You have a great employee.

I have been going to this location since I was 14 years old and i am 24 years old now. 10 years is a long time. Well I have seen this location owned by 1 franchisee lady, by the name of Dianne, 9 of these 10 years and sold back to corporate and now a new owner is present and owns 2 other stores as well. There used to be fuel pumps here until I was 18 years old and then they got torn out by corporate 7-11because corporate did not want to put in the money to replace the pumps because it wouldve cost them $750,000 per in ground tank to be replaced 1 for every fuel grade so at a total of 2.25 million dollars this was not worth it to them. I wish they wouldve replaced them. This is one of the very first 7-11 ever built and it is a classic store that needs to stay. I have had good and bad experiences here but majority has been excelent service and great coffee very clean and organized and amazing customer service. I will never shop another 7-11 because there is to many times I have needed a drink had change to pay with and they had my back and covered it for me. To many times they have given me donuts or a sandwich at no charge and made sure I felt welcome. Of course there has been those few employees who just made for a terrible experience but I do not let that ever get in the way of how I judge. Sometimes I know even the person behind the counter has had a bad day or week and I can relate and do not blame them for this. Overall this location will always be like a second home to me and has always had my back. Don't let 1 experience stop you from coming in please if you have an unpleasant expreience let one of the other staff know of this or let the manager or owner know and i promise it will be delt with and you will be compensated refunded made right or whatever have you. I have worked 3 years for this store on top of it and I personally will go to all lengths to make a bad experience reported turn into the best experience youve ever had at this location. My 5 star rating will come on here once we make sure every customer has been satisfied and all complaints made right. If I personally have upset or made a wrong to anyone please come tell me I can take it and i will own it and make it 100% right no matter what. Thank you! Miss you Dianne!!

711 has always been good to me, but I just got home to realize the unhappy grey cashier swooped a package of my peanut butter cupcakes. I hope they at least put a smile on your face cuz that's pathetic.

The older women who is a cashier whose badge says “senior associate” who wears a hat gives me attitude anytime I need to Enter MY ebt card manually. She gave me false information stating I’m required to have my card and ID to enter it. I’ve asked the assistant manger and a few other employees and they have no idea what she’s talking about . When I went i in to make a purchase and had to enter my card manually she gave me a hard time and started talking poorly about the assistant manager . She needs to improve her costumer service skills. Her and her attitude are disgusting

I walked into this store last night to get a slurpee. My father went in to get cigarettes. We walk in and my father asks the lady behind the counter how much a pack of a certain brand is. She puts her finger up, and says "hold on, I'm busy." Okay, we didn't think anything of it. Then when she was done she asked him what he wanted. In a irritated tone. Then she goes to grab any type of that brand, and he stated that he wanted the green kind. She replied "It doesn't matter, they're all the same price." In a condescending tone. Then a white guy with a drink comes up behind us, she waves him forward. He then points to us, and said, "Oh, they were here before me." She ushers him to the front saying, "go ahead honey, you're next this guy wasn't ready." First off, SHE was the one who wasn't ready, and I don't know how long she's worked in retail, but usually if a costumer is asking how much an item is, it's with the intent to buy it. By this time, I could hold my tongue no longer. I tell her that my father would have been ready first, if she would haver answered his question and dealt with him. She went on to apologize, but NOT until she rung up the other customer first. I can't even imagine how my father would have felt, if he were there alone with one to speak up for the injustice being done to him. He's very nice, and told her it was okay, and they he understands, but I am not so forgiving. She only apologized after I said something, but she was rude and unprofessional from the start. I will never return to this location, and they should train their employee's on customer service. I used to frequent this establishment with my husband and children. I guess the other locations in Roy, will be getting our business.
