New manager is a great guy. Much improved the quality and service. Now if they could fix the Burger King. That's probably an impossible ask.

This pizza has become my new addiction!!! I feel like ‘m eating a slice real NY style pizza!! It’s always perfect!! Service is fast and friendly!! Today, James waited on me and he was phenomenal!! Best service I’ve had yet! With all these great attributes it is also incredibly affordable for lunch!!

Get yourself a nice huge slice with perfect amount of toppings we will be back!

Hidden gem in a gas station here in Lawrence. Their secret is their sauce. I'd suggest picking it up. Don't know why, but ordering from door dash from here the food is always ice cold and they themselves don't deliver.

Sbarro's is absolutely one of my favorite pizza places to go to. Me and my Dad have eaten Sbarro's pizza many times. And I tell you, the pizza is outstanding and scrumptious! It's now basically our go-to place to have lunch or dinner. Totally beats the other pizza places here in Lawrence! 🙌🏼🍕

This pizza was it 10 out of 10 I am still chewing it right now because I am savoring it for its wonderful flavor. It is so tasty and we tell you we will be back

New York Pizza in Kansas! I was born and raised in Boston and I love a good east coast slice. Give them some leniency being crammed in a gas station with mobile orders to attend to. Tastes like home and there is no comparison to what you call pizza in the midwest. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is my high standards but everyone needs to try this place. If you have never been to New York then this is as close as it gets.

Couple things to know about this pizza....

First and foremost if you have picky kids with texture issues do NOT buy this pizza!! It uses large tomato pieces in its sauce.

Flavor wise it's OK but honestly not worth the price for a full pizza of it. IDK about the alfredo though but red sauce is meh.

Dough is great! Genuinely feels fresh and is of good quality!

Cheese is a fail. I didn't really taste it. Good mozzarella has a defined taste and the more artificial the less flavor.

Pepperoni is pretty good. Crisp and not really all that greasy and properly salty. Bad peperoni is soft even when baked and has way too much salt.

I wont compare to other companies in the area since it's not fair to them as an individual company but I will say they are probably not in the top 5. If the sauce could be improved and cheese had more flavor to make their great dough shine more I think it'd probably beat the other competitors. If I could buy the dough alone to make my own I might just do that! However 3 stars is pretty proper for it's a 3 star flavor and 4 star prices.

So I am a pizza fanatic, and once I heard of a New York style pizza coming into town I was stoked. Today I decided to come in and was just in shock at the selection, there was quite a bit. From there I went to order and customer service was excellent had no issues ordering and the people there were friendly. They then grabbed the slice from the display of pizzas which bothered me quite a bit due to it looking old like it had been sitting out for a while. They than cooked the pizza in the oven. It took a couple of minutes and was stoked to try it only to bite into the pizza and it be lukewarm at best. There was little to no flavor in the pizza, and could tell it was not cooked thoroughly as the sauce was cold and very chunky. The cheese was warm but not melted all the way and definitely was not the way I thought a New York style pizza should be I ate it as I wasn't going to let a $5 slice of pizza go to waste. As I'm driving home I start to feel very queasy and nauseous. I get home and rush to the restroom to become sick to my stomach.

Putting meat on a cheese pizza caused us to toss a pizza.

I ordered an XL Combo pizza. Told it would take 10 minutes. While waiting, got myself a drink and a couple of other things. Came back and sat at a table and waited. After about 10 minutes, the manager (?) came out to confirm that I didn't want peppers on my pizza. Then I waited for at least another 15-20 minutes before I got my pizza. Got home and started eating it and it was barely cooked. There were patches on the bottom of the crust that were raw. The toppings weren't even warm. Called to get a refund and got an employee. Told them I wanted to speak to a manager, and she said ok and stayed on the line. I explained my problem. She took it as I was placing another order. I said no I have a problem with my order and want a refund. She said ok and hung up.

I bought a Stromboli and a slice of cheese pizza. I couldn’t even eat the Stromboli because it tasted so gross and the cheese was chunky and lukewarm. The pizza was also barely warm and the dough not quite done. I remember having Sbarro in the Topeka Westridge mall growing up, it was so amazing and better than any pizza I’ve ever had. The sbarro now I’m not sure what happened but it definitely declined and is nowhere near the same. Now I’m sick to my stomach and hope I don’t puke.

So, this was the first time I’ve ever received an undercooked pizza. The dough was definitely still raw and I could separate the cheese in one whole piece. I had to put it in the oven to cook it more. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. There are better gas station pizza you can choose from in town.

I came in twice and both times the cashier seemed pretty confused as to why I was there. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t fresh or good.
