Simply Thai

In town to visit family and we ordered dinner to-go from Simply Thai one evening.
The call-in order was waiting for me when i arrived and the staff were very friendly.
Back at the house and the tofu appetizer was very tasty with a good light fry.
This Massaman curry was unique in that it had pineapple chunks in addition to the ‘normal’ potato/onion. The pineapple added both to the flavor and texture profile, and the dish was all the better from it.
Overall this might be the best Thai in FortCollins, or at least the best I’ve tried so far.

Someone I shared a ski lift with in Eldora recommended this place. So I decided to try it. I ordered roast duck curry with brown rice. Very tasty! Medium hot was good. The food came really quickly. The service was good and the place was inviting. I told Amy the owner that I'll be back! And I'm looking forward to eating the leftover.

As good as any Thai place in town. The food came our from the kitchen very fast. The restaurant has specials each night of the week for dinner and lunch all week.

Absolutely killer fried chicken noodle plate. You'll be hard pressed to find a better Thai joint on this end of town. Go now and enjoy!!

Best Thai food around, especially for the price. It’s usually calm and clean, I’ve been eating here for years and love their lunch special. Highly recommend… friendly staff too.

I can't recommend this place enough! Amazing serving sizes and the flavor is top tier! The staff are always on their toes, blows me away when they seem to be neck deep in orders! Hope they're all getting paid well, it would be well deserved! 👌 I always get the chicken noodle dish with 2 servings of crab rangoons! 😋 Dine in, take out, all delicious!

Dined in for a quick lunch bite and the food came out amazingly fast and hot. I ordered the Singapore noodle with yellow curry and prawns. Let me tell you yum yummmm and coconut rice is super good too. Came without my better half. Shh. Don't tell him lol. Definitely will bring him! He will enjoy it as much as I did. I recommend to everyone. Won't be disappointed.!! I will be back 😁.

Really chill place to eat and very convenient takeout. The avacado curry is totally unique and sooooo satisfying when you want the flavor of curry but not the heat. The coconut rice is an excellent touch as well to make the taste just a bit better without being overwhelming to other flavors. Service is very attentive and takeout speed is pretty average.

Honestly love this place. Their noodle dishes are my absolute favorite. Their orange chicken and sesame chicken is great too. They do not let your water get empty. The waiters I have had twice now are so nice without being over bearing. Love this place. The Pad Thai is my favorite here. Portions are large and fill me up. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is comfortable, calm and clean. Will always come back :) thank you!

This place made my fried ice cream fresh when I got there for my pickup order, just to be nice. The food is truly delicious and the staff put effort into making sure your meal is as good as possible. The prices are all more than fair, and the portion sizes are solid. This place is great and I will absolutely be returning.

The chicken pineapple fried rice was awesome!!! The servers were friendly & very welcoming :) will be going again before I leave town!

Delicious Curry! Oh my goodness the Leve3 Spice has a good bite that doesn't stick around too long! (I am promising myself to go back and try 4!) The Shop was was super cute with plenty of art and trinkets to look at! (I cannot have a full opinion of Atmosphere or Service - as food was to go.) But the Cashier was super friendly, and they definitely keep it clean! Very good Curry!

We have been here dozens of times and it never disappoints! Everything on the menu is incredible, so you can't go wrong! My go to favorites are Tom Yum, pad kee mao, avocado Curry with coconut rice, and mango boba.

We have ordered so many things from here over the years & it is a family favorite. Always incredibly tasty. They are not afraid to make it super hot for those who ask & also ensure mild for those who prefer. Personal favorites include Pumpkin Curry w coconut rice; Tom Yum soup; Basil Fried Rice, Pad See-ew, Chicken Satay w peanut sauce... all truly excellent! Thank you!

My waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended the garlic chicken special and prepared a mango boba smoothie. Excellent food and service.
