I was going through the app to rent my unit but confused myself on location so I felt better to call and double check before I completed my purchase. Service staff was very cordial, patient and waited for me to let her know when I was ready for the next step. Quite honestly one of the BEST customer service calls I've had in ages. D

My agent, Josh, was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue very quickly.

1/2024 Lisa was fantastic assisting me with my bill after a hectic holiday season and miscommunication on my part. Professional. Friendly. Efficient. Thank you Lisa! Also clean, well kept storage units and grounds. Always quick to respond to any and all of my communications!!

4/2023 Amber was unbelievably helpful. Patient and walked me through the entire process of ordering, paying for, checking the combination locks, entering and exiting the storage facility. Storage unit will need a little dusting, but otherwise, very clean. Hoping for a good experience for a few months. Thank you Amber!

I like the security, the area is ideal too. The units are nice and very clean,and well kept outer area also.
