I had such an issue with AT&T and Chad and Kylief were absolutely amazing in helping me start my service with Verizon. Went above and beyond. I will be back to upgrade my device!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.

Whatever you are experiencing, Chad and his team will help you!! He is the manager at the Verizon store in Saint Augustine, located on Old Moultrie Road at 312. I experienced a very frustrating disconnection of my service (which was not my fault, nor was it Verizon's fault, yet it was absolutely horrible). I spent hours on the phone with customer service, I could not remember a PIN number, nor receive the texts to allow them account access. Completely discouraged I finally went to this store last night at 6pm; and Chad, and another incredibly helpful and kind employee named Char, stayed way past closing time to try to help me. The most amazing part is that I am ashamed to say that I was not very kind to them upon my arrival due to my frustration. This did not deter them from going out of their way to help me while remaining kind and professional. Although it could not be resolved last night, he assured me that he would do all he could to fix it today. I planned to return this afternoon. Before I could return, I received a call from Chad- he had resolved my issue by relentlessly pursuing it. I could not be more grateful. Another member of his team, Seth, helped my father with a difficult issue a few days before mine and he was also amazing. Go see them, they will help!

I went into the store to pay my bill and get help with my son's phone which was broken. Everyone was super nice and happy to help me. I ended up being able to upgrade my son's phone to the exact phone he's been wanting and get all the accessories he wanted as a benefit I didn't even have to pay for them right away they put them on my bill!!!! Verizon totally cares about it's customers. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Had a great visit when my daughter got her phone turned on. Our guy was cute, smart and witty. Nice teeth!! Got the job done and 2 other reps leaned a hand at the ready when help is needed.

I went in yesterday to upgrade my broken phone and was greeted with the best customer service you could possibly imagine. Wesley and Dante are consummate professionals explaining everything thoroughly, all my options etc and getting me the best deal ever. They even included me in the unboxing of my new phone which made it very fun and they put my screen protector and new case on for me.
Wesley even put his number in my contacts for service on speed dial! Once again the best customer service a person could ever expect.

Waited 20min. to see someone after talking to the manager. Manager doesn't think customer service is important. Then after 30 more min. they can't take care of the problem, they can't even get through to anyone in customer service. I am thinking about dropping them after being with them for 20 years. Can't talk to a person, no call backs, can't take car of your problem, why should we keep giving them are money? Look at all the bad reviews from the manager. Just blowing smoke up your a@_-$+. I don't want a response from him.

Jerica was most helpful. She was very polite, professional, informative, kind, and patient. She definitely went above and beyond to help us. In my personal opinion, she deserves a promotion and a raise, because she has given us the best customer service I've ever had. I wish her all the best and life and thank her very much. That store should be grateful to have such a great employee.

Can’t believe they are only doing curbside. You can’t go in the store to choose a new phone. I was told I can order a new phone online and they can possibly transfer all my stuff for me. Possibly? They do realize that people are wearing mask into other stores and conducting business, right? You are not special, I will stay with AT&T. Thanks for nothing.
So, just an update. I called another Verizon store, and they were allowing in store sales. He was very friendly on the phone. I went about an hour or so later to the store. My husband and I wore our mask and entered the store. I asked for the gentleman I spoke with on the phone to assist me. He was more than gracious. I bought an iPhone 11. And he answered every question and even added additional information that I didn’t think to ask. They are very lucky to have him. Everyone in the store was very friendly to customers they were assisting.

Bought new service online and had a hard time getting through the credit fraud department because of an error filling out the application. Nick not only spent two hours on hold the first day we went in trying to fix it but then spend the entire next day, HIS DAY OFF, on the phone and even came in the store to make sure we got it resolved and got our phones that day. Excellent customer service!

I'm very happy with my Verizon service. I switched from T-Mobile 4 years ago. I recently needed in store service due to buying a new phone. Israel set up my new phone for me. Israel is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was in and out in no time at all! I want to thank Israel for his excellent customer service!

Please bear with me as I talk about Sprint for comparison before reviewing Verizon!
After nearly 15 years of our family being loyal customers of Sprint, we were put through torture while trying to get charges off our bill that we were previously told wouldn't be applied. We went through 11 different representatives, each with a different story about our charges. We had to explain the situation over and over again because any notes in the system did not appear. Finally, we decided to switch to Verizon and went through more difficulty with Sprint attempting to formally pay the real bill amount and unlock the phones to transfer.
Today we visited Verizon to update them on where we were and to get some last questions answered. Cody, who has been helping us through the whole process, is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and great to talk with. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the employees do not have a nasty attitude like Sprint employees. Everything is dedicated to giving customers the best experience and I didn't see a single unhappy visitor there. We are already so excited to be customers here, so five stars for Verizon and absolutely zero for Sprint.

Upgraded to the S9+. The purchase went smooth. They do not setup the phones in the store for you anymore. I also wish they went over the navigation of the screens as well as functions. They seem just to get you out the door with thy h a product

I have to go between Jacksonville and St Augustine a lot and I'm just going to notch not go to the one in St Augustine and just leave all the other ones alone because St Augustine is the best one but the best people. Looks like they retain their staff they're knowledgeable they're fun etc!

My family and I have been happy Verizon customers since they were Bell Atlantic Mobile in Philadelphia 25 years ago. They have always pledged to provide the Best Network and the Best Customer Service, and they have done so for us for the past 25-plus years. Their company-owned stores have always provided us with the highest level of products and services all these years, and their store and people at 1860 Old Moultrie Road in Saint Augustine today did not disappoint. The store was immaculate and incredibly well laid out, and well merchandised. The representative who cheerfully greeted us (within 60 seconds of our arrival) was Israel. Israel's keen understanding of the telecommunications business, and of our unique requirements here in Northern Florida, was superb. We could not be happier with the level of treatment we received at Verizon's St Augustine store. We will continue to recommend this fine company, and Israel in particular, to all of our friends, neighbors, and business associates!

Nick worked with my wife and I to convert here older iPhone to a new iphone 11. He was very helpful and provided us with all the answers we needed. He was patient and we ended up buying the glass protector and case from the store due to his help and good attitude. Thanks Nick.
