Been Shopping Torrid for over a decade. Never had an issue. I do most of my clothes shopping online (social anxiety). However recently I received an online order and I checked everything like I always do. I came upon a top that the label on the bag had my correct size but the item itself was far from my size. I grimaced at the idea of having to contact customer service and do a return. Then I thought maybe I can return or exchange in store and get it over with. I called the Torrid Shop in Foothills Mall and RACHEL answered the phone. I told her what happened and she, like myself, was confused. Anyway she checked her inventory and they had the top in my size. I rushed over and she had it set out ready for me and we made the exchange. Clean, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Rachel and the Ladies all are great!

The VERY NICEST STAFF ANYWHERE! They recognize me and my daughter by name and always find things they know she will like. They also keep track of her coupons so if she forgets them they pull them up for her and make sure she gets the best deal for our money! The corporate office has treated me, as the cardholder, far better than that of Lane Bryant, who has been in business MUCH longer. We no longer shop there. We are treated with much more respect and value at Torrid!

Great store for sizes medium up! They've got a lot of selection and the girls there are so sweet and helpful. My only complaint is this store is literally too small. They're not able to showcase their items well cause it's too much packed into the store. They need to lease a larger unit to make it all readily available!

Hands down, one of the best places to shop. I take my daughter there as it is hard for her to find clothes that fit. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I just appreciate how they treat her!! Top notch, I highly recommend!!

The folx who work in this shop are nothing short of incredible. My father passed away suddenly and I was in an emergent need of a dress for the funeral while under tight time restraints due to travel. I called the store and they pulled what I needed to ensure that I would get the dress I wanted. This small, but incredibly kind moment is what creates lifelong shoppers.

So many clothes! I love the variety of sizes and styles available. I have become a huge fan of Torrid with my first visit. The clothes I've purchased are well made and within the pricing of comparable stores.

It's time to update the summer wardrobe. There is a wide selection of styles, colors and sizes for tall shapely ladies. The women in the Fort Collins Mall location were very help with sizes and recommendations. I really like shopping here.

While not the biggest fan of the new set up, I love how this store is meant for bigger girls. I can find cute dresses, shirts, bras and panties!!
