Refloor

Sometimes I have difficulty expressing my thoughts. However, not in this instance when it comes to Chris Hammond installer for Refloor. This man worked vigorously to accomplish my floor installation in two days by himself. I was amazed at his work ethic and quality of service. The intensity he had to meet my goal for me was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend him when it comes to installing new floor with Refloor. Suzanne was diligent, checking in daily to ensure process was going as planned and very pleasant. I also had the opportunity to speak with Mark regarding some minor contract changes who was very helpful. I definitely would recommend Refloor and I plan on using them again in the future for another project. Here are some before and after pictures. I absolutely love this new flooring.

Refloor has been one of the best home renovation experiences we have had. Susanne was amazingly sweet yet professional!! Anthony and his crew definitely deserve 5 Stars!! They came in and brought “New Life” to our dining room, living room and foyer!! I am incredibly happy and pleased!! Everything went just the way they said it would with no snags whatsoever! We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all!!

Joseph Mead was the customer rep who explained to me about the plan. He was very comprehensive about everything. I like people that go beyond their job description. He made a special trip to Kalamazoo to make sure I was getting the right answers to my questions. I told him I wanted to paint my baseboard that would match the tiles. He brought me a sample of the laminated tiles so I could get the right paint color to match the color of my baseboard. He makes customers happier!
Madina was good to make follow ups to ensure everything is getting done appropriately!
Michael and his crew was kind enough to take care of the garbage that caused the floor renovation. Overall I would recommend ReFloor.

I discovered an irregularity in the floor height in one small area in the kitchen. I sent pictures and described the concern. After reviewing the photos, Refloor called & scheduled an installer visit. The work was completed about 15 minutes ago. I watched as Alvaro surgically removed about 8 planks from the floor, saw the cause of the irregularity, replaced several planks and reinstalled those planks he removed. Alvaro’s work was thorough, accurate and complete. Amazing to experience this high level of workmanship! Thanks.

Had my Kitchen and Bathroom done. The whole process went very smoothly. All info was laid out at the estimate meeting and install went very smoothly. I love my floors and would recommend their service to anyone.

We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed by refloor. David was great he kept in contact with me throughout the installation and when the installation was done he made sure I was satisfied with the work. Anthony did a great job installing the flooring. I love the floor and would definitely recommend them.

Blair was wonderful. She presented everything in a professional manner. My 3 yr old granddaughter loved her so much that she gave her a quick shoulder massage. That was how comfortable she made us feel. She was very knowledgeable. Very good personality. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

We had a great experience. Our installer Jeremy was fantastic. He made sure everything was perfect. He kept us informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Our coordinator, Modena was very professional. She followed up several times and made sure we were comfortable with the progress. I definitely would recommend Refloor.

If you want hard surface flooring, Refloor is the only place to go! I wish they did ceramic tile and carpet!

Working with Cevone Woodberry, he was a pleasant person to work with very thoroughly, he explained different levels of floors and the different levels of financing. He's a very good sales rep also he explained that a coordinator would be calling me setting up for appointments to come out to do the floors .
