I went to Furnari’s for my Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend, as I always do. Once again they were able to provide me with a beautiful piece of jewelry that made my girlfriend beyond happy. They were so friendly and very helpful, always recommend Furnari’s.

Great variety of quality fine jewelry. The service is phenomenal and they even do custom work. A full service jeweler doing repairs,,cleanings,buying and selling they truly are you one stop jeweler. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry.

Joe and his staff are exceptional! I brought my engagement ring in with a broken prong for repair. They did a great job fixing it but a few days later the stone fell out. I was so distraught but the staff at Furnari went above and beyond for me. An immediate phone call of apology and a promise of a speedy repair from Joe himself was so touching. He really cares about his customers and it shows! They fixed my ring within 24 hours and it’s been absolutely perfect ever since. They also repaired a solitaire necklace that another jeweler put together. I was less than pleased with the materials and the work that was performed. Joe took his time to work with me and find out what I liked and how I envisioned the look. Together with his recommendations his jeweler created the look I wanted all along. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every staff member I encountered was delightful, pleasant and more than willing to help. Thank you all! You definitely have a repeat customer.

Joey and his entire team are the absolute best. We got our wedding bands with him and I have zero regrets. I have never owned a nice piece of jewelry so I was very hesitant to spend the money. Furnari Jewelers is in my opinion the best jewelers in the Massachusetts and Connecticut area. The owners Tony and Joey bend over backwards to meet my needs and provide the best possible service in this entire area. I have gone to other jewelers and none compare to the quality and genuine concern to make me a happy customer!!! Truly a wonderful shopping experience with no pressure to buy! I've been with Furnari's since it's inception almost 40 years ago. I would never go anywhere else. I can't mess with the best!!!

Brought my wife’s ring there to repair. We first went to hannoush on elm street and got the run around with them telling us it would cost $6000 to reset stones into new rings because the prongs were cracked and failing....all we wanted to to was get my wife’s ring sized. My wife was literally almost about to cry. We ended up going to Funari jewelers for a second opinion. The jeweler there looked at my wife’s ring set and determined they would need to have white gold added to size properly and quoted us $600 to have the work done. We were pleasantly surprised for the 5 day turn around. Ring was repaired, sized perfectly, stones checked and the ring looks brand new. We are 100% pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. The work they did was excellent, and very fast.

I went to Furnari Jewelers for my wedding set and both rings had to be customized. Joey Furnari went above and beyond helping me to create the exact wedding bands that my fiancé and I wanted. I am very particular and I must say that he had so much patience in helping us decide on the rings’ metal used, its weight and style. I am so pleased with our rings and will most definitely be returning year after year for any future birthday and/or Holiday gifts.

The service is always outstanding. I have previously bought a few small items from Joe and his team. I had been in the market for an engagement ring and fell in love with one. I was able to put the ring on layaway. The staff always makes you feel at home and like familia. When it comes time for our wedding bands, I have no doubt as to where we will be going.
