Excellent experience here in Shadow lake town center, Love old navy and this one is huge with a big variety. Very Friendly and helpful staff.

Kathryn the manager is a great listener and super helpful when I brought a concern to her. There also was a sales associate who seemed so genuinely happy to serve it really impressed me. Great Job 👏

Nice Old Navy location. Not a particularly large store, so their selection is sometimes sub par, but they’re willing to track down the item/size you’re looking for if you don’t mind an extra trip to another store. Staff is very polite and helpful, and the store is always super clean and immaculately organized.
