Cool little state park Nice clear lake water with a kayak ramp and deck

Nice and quiet place during the week days. Puppy loves jumping off the dock ! Shallow water. Must keep dogs on leash, but we let her swim a bit on her 30 foot leash...shhh, don't tell. 🙂

Great place to launch you kayak, canoe or car top boat with entry ramps, sliders for your boat and a relatively short carry from the parking lot.

Great public access to launch your kayak or canoe. Wheelchair accessible ramp and stairs down to the dock.

Small wooded area with car top ( kayak and canoe) access. Gravel lot with parking for about 10 vehicles. Nice place to put in on the North end but expect a bit of a carry getting into and out of the launch . The launch itself is an awkward sloped floating dock attached to a stationary deck. It is less than fun (or safe) to get in and out of a Kayak... (Better to sink 6 inches into the muck and climb in.) **There is no open launch area from shore due to the wetland type of shoreline.

Small park, the parking lot is crushed stone. Easy launch for kayak or paddle board.
