I had a messed up time one of the workers came up to me and just assumed that I had no knowledge about what I was looking for or doing because I was a lady I was very upset when I left and he followed me around the whole time like I was gonna steal something I mean literally he was like five inches away from me I felt very violated by the worker because of how close he was to me ask him to step back and he act like he did not hear me I can't believe the customer service i should say Thier was no customer service Thier in less u was a white person older person I can't believe he got a job Thier and because a lady cea in Thier don't mean she don't know what she is doing because I so believe I knew more then any one of them boys that work in Thier were man don't had boys skills only

Came in with minimal battery knowledge, and the gentleman who helped me out went above and beyond to help review with me pros and cons with different options, as friendly and encouraging as could be all throughout.

Sometimes, over north, the service can bre a little rough. Not here! The staff is so knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. They give you the items you need, explain things clearly, and are really pleasant while doing it.

When I told them I changed my car battery on my own and it wasn't too hard at all, I got an encouraging, "Way to go!"

Drew was 10/10 friendly and helpful; he got me going with a new battery so quickly! It was my first experience with AutoZone, and I would fully recommend.

These guys know there stuff and will get you the right part plus give you options. I needed a transmission cooler and one of the guys brought out the three that would fit my truck and opened each one so I could see exactly what I was getting. And they have a free to use code reader and free tool loan where you only pay deposit which is refunded once you bring tools back. Saved me a lot of money when I needed a specialty tool for installed ball joints.

These guys were busy, but friendly and helpful! They could use more people so if you know somebody who needs a job, have them apply.

Helpful and yay! I didn't know the kind of oil to buy and the service guy came out to my car and walked me up to the oil I needed to get and we found the cheapest oil for my car make, model, and year.

The dtaff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable....a hard combination to find these days. One person stands out and that was Shay. She went above and beyond and definitely should get a big raise.

Very awesome customer service. My belt broke on my car and a worker called a menachnic to fix it and help me paid half to the menachnic. God is so good to have people like that. I recommend anyone to come to this location.🙏👍🙂

Tall dude Deangello is a wizard. Dude explained to me the possible issues and advised me to purchase a different part. I been to many autozones (im semi mechanically inclided) Im grateful i listened. Instead of over sellin me he found me a quality replacement of choices and unfortunately they didnt have the part i need but he was knowledgable enough to guide me in the right direction.
