West Marine

This week went in to pick up a few things and at the checkout counter there were issues with their POS. I ended up getting charged twice with both payments posting to my account. I just want to say that Emily and Isabelle at the store went above and beyond to help get everything sorted out with assistance from the regional manager Bobby. This is my local store, and will definitely continue to get my gear at this location.

You should give Emily and Isabelle a raise by the way, stellar employees.

This is a boaters toy store! Tons of inventory and a friendly staff. Frozen bait is available.

Good stores, helpful friendly people. In a way a classic old time boat supply store with a lot of accessory and parts.
Kayaks: not great. Not much in kayak supplies - why I went there. But I have not found a Kayak store in SW FL that has any great selection.

Went in looking for a GPS system for my boat. The gentlemen there were knowledgeable and gave me some great solid advice and asked all the right questions. They didn't have one in stock to suit my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be returning here to buy other accessories as needed for that reason.

The service I received from store staff, especially Don has been exceptional. I received a new remote from Tammy and Don's persistence, phone calls are much appreciated. The professional, caring attitude is hard to find in today's marketplace. West Marine has been my goto place since 1996. With price match and hassle free warranty West is a Win-Win

Good store with friendly and fair staff, had a warranty issue on a item and they treated me great and very fair. West marine has worked to be competitive with their pricing and price match, been going back to them now days because they sell qaulity items at fair prices.

Now that West Marine has new owners and a new attitude. Especially the no hassle price matching with ANY competitor , store or online retailer. It still provides great service but now also the best possible value !

Second time shopping there and the prices seem reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable.

Very clean! A great place to go for anything boating or fishing related. They had a huge selection of everything from fishing rods to paddleboards. Definitely a hidden gem!

They really stand behind their West Marine brand products. I had a 5 yr old pair of binoculars and they gave me a new pair no questions asked, now that is customer service.
