As if this guy needs another 5-star review, right? Because it looks like he's already known for being amazing. But anyway, I had thrifted a pair of boots, Canyon River Blues so they probably weren't worth much to begin with, and the pieces of material wrapped around the heels were peeling off. But structurally they were fine and looked to be new so it was worth $20 to have Vallee restore them (with lacquer so no peeling ever again) versus they end up in a landfill polluting our beautiful earth. I rushed to get there before he closed expecting to have to go back for them later but he worked on them while I waited! At first I thought oh shoot I should've brought my book but no need; Vallee is a great conversationlist. When I met my friends for cards afterward, two of the other five people knew of him and his fine work. I highly recommend this business even if for you, as for me, it's a bit out of the way!

Mike does a great job with my Louboutin, Prada, Gucci and Manolo heels, flats and loafers. He put on sole guards and new taps. He also stretched a pair of pointy pumps that were killing my toes for sandal season. I wish I had taken before and after photos of the light heather blue suede Prada driving loafers he cleaned up for me. Also, after 13 years in my rotation my favorite Gucci logo pumps and knee boots looked brand new when he was finished with them 👏🏾

He only takes cash and you pay when you drop off. Your shoes will be in great hands 👍🏾

Customer service like is rare! Mike is friendly, creative, and a true expert craftsman. I came in with tall leather boots that were a puzzle and he helped me figure out how to save them. Highly recommend Mike for his craft plus he is fun to chat with.

This is the kind of place you should be looking for if you have a pair of shoes that you cannot live without. It is an old fashion shoe repair shop, with an owner who is passionate, very detail oriented, and who takes great pride in his work. He’s gonna repair your shoes, clean them, and make them look like new. It is not cheap but it’s totally worth it, if quality and precision is what you’re looking for.

I live in NH and couldn’t find a cobbler to fix my Frye boots. I remembered Vallee’s from childhood days growing up near Bristol and brought my boots in. They look brand new! Service waa fast, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Being from Texas I love my boots. They don’t like the New England winter and salt. I took my new pair to have rubber soles added to the leather bottoms after ruining a pair. Mike knew the brand right off and recommended the right water sealer spray. Came back in one hour and the boots were perfectly done. We chatted for a bit as I am new to the area. He was taught by his Dad and has been in the business for 50 years. A true craftsman and throwback Cobbler. I highly recommend this gem for any shoe service you need. Thanks Mike.

I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews. The owner was everything that I read- pleasant, professional and swift. He replaced my heel tips on an old pair of heels and added slip guards to my beautiful shearling mules. Thank you Vallee!😊🙏

A great human that cares deeply about their craft and service. After wearing the shoes for a few weeks. They still look brand new. He does amazing work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's worth traveling to.

Boots were fixed for $20 while I waited. Can't ask for better than that. Proprietor was fast and friendly and so were the other customers that I interacted with. I definitely recommend!

I called to have the heels on a favorite pair of boots repaired. Mike invited me come in at a specific time when I could wait for them. Only one was damaged but he suggested that both are repaired. Within 15 minutes he repaired the heels, polished and shined my boots beautifully and even added waterproofing. I will absolutely be back!!

Exceptional service, exceptional work, and everything was done lightning fast. Unbelievable prices too. My partner and I both had boots that needed some work, it would have been a shame to throw them out. Mr. Vallee serviced four pairs of boots and made them feel practically brand new for less than the cost of a single new pair. He has customers for life!

Mike is such a sweet guy and really does everything he can to accommodate your needs! He sewed in a new zipper on my harley davidson boots at a very fair price in a tight time crunch and they're good as new! He really cares about his customers, I highly recommend his service over others nearby! Very professional and very kind!!

Great service! I highly recommend this place for all your boot and shoe repairs!! I had rubber heels put on a pr of ankle boots. They look brand new and I had them for about 3 yrs. He only accepts cash, no checks or cards.
