Customer service is terrible. I walked in and waited in front of the shoes for nearly 15 minutes without being spoken to by anyone as staff milled about. Finally I flagged one down and asked if they were working the floor, they said, "Yes, did you need something?" I explained that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and that no had helped me. He responded that he had been around and I should have found someone if I needed something. Ok. When I asked to try on a paid on On Clouds, explaining I had never tried them before and was interested to see how they felt, they brought me one shoe. I put it on assuming they were getting the other shoe from the display. No one came back for at least 7 minutes when I went to go find someone with one shoe on. They told me I can only try one shoe on, not both. When I asked why I can't try on the second shoe and walk around in them to see how they feel, I was told, "because then you could steal both of the shoes." Seriously?! I have never heard of a policy like this before, nor has anyone told me that they thought i might steal something. I immediately left and went to Foot Locker who also carries On Cloud where they brought out several different pairs of shoes for me to try on. And I could try on both shoes! JD's has a good selection, but the customer service is beyond awful. I will never return.

30 minutes or more at this store. We bought 5 items and my son was in the dressing room for about 15 minutes. When we checked out, the employee asked me... " Who was helping you?" I said, nobody ever even spoke to us the entire time. I went back and forth between M and L in some different styles for r my teenage son. Three times I had to push top rack clothes back and stretch as far as I could to reach top hanging items. Not one time did the 4-6 employees ask me anything or if they could help us. When we checked out, the employee stuffed all 5 items into one bag. I asked for a second bag and she handed it to me with attitude. Horrible customer service. I'm easy going and said nothing but, "no.. nobody helped us and may I have a second bag" 3 men's large tshirts, sweet pants and shorts, literally stuffed in the bag. Arrogant young employees for no reason. Hopefully your company will retrain in customer service 101.

Jocelyn an employee has the worse attitude and her professionalism is of a 10 year old.
I returned items 5 seconds after buying them because the customer service reps aren’t doing their jobs and blaming customers. Which is false advertising on their parts. I should have looked at the reviews before walking into the store.
The manager Robert couldn’t even take accountability for the store. If there is a price on an item and you charge me another price that’s higher, you have to honor what’s on the tag!
But trust me shoe palace footlocker and my online shoe companies will keep me sane! Worst customer service EVER!

If I can give this place a zero Star I would, so unprofessional. Especially the manager, Jocelyn. If that’s her name. Girl with the red tattoo behind her ear.

Drove all the way from Buckeye to pick up an ordered. I ordered the shoes online and called to confirm if they were available to pick up. The gentleman over the phone told me it’s ready and for me to come down to get them. When I arrived to the counter Jocelyn was very rude and condescending to me. She basically said my shoes are not there and told me she will have to cancel the order when I told her I was told the shoes were ready she brutally rebuffed me. Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service probably ever. Called and put a pair of shoes on hold because I was in a hurry. They weren’t ready when I got there, they said they’d go look for them and 10 min later I asked how much longer and they said they’d put them aside and I can come back. An HOUR later I came back and they were still not ready and I had to wait another 20 min. Unfortunately spent a lot of time here today and in my tine there was not 1 friendly employee. All were acting as if the customers were putting them out. Literally will not come back ever again no matter what I need

I ordered shoes online, as it said “available for in store pick up.” Anyways, I waited over 8 hours and decided to call the store, an employee answered and was no help, they were rude and didn’t seem to care too much. I even asked them earlier if they can find my order to check on it for me, which was pointless. They canceled my order last minute and now I’m short over $130. I should have listened to the reviews.

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS!
1.4 overall rating at time of this submission and I can see why. It was my first time visiting the store, and saw a pair of shoes that caught my attention. They were a pair of Jordans that were marked at a sale price for $60! Believe me, I looked twice and I thought that price was unbelievable so I requested size to try on and decided to buy. The sales rep whom I didn’t get his name also was titled a manager, helped me get the correct size that I was looking for in the process he removed the price tag of $60 in front of me and went back to the inventory closet when he came back he tried to ring me up at $130.

Of course when confronted about the pricing, he denied ever removing the price tag and attempted to sell me the shoes at $130. Another female employee tried to intervene, but she was no help in past experiences most retailers will honor the prices as shown, but this store no.

Their price tags are just a lure to get you into their store. You’re better off buying shoes from the Shoe Palace, Champs, Foot Locker or any other shoe retailer.

I’m sorry, but I may just be but one customer, but this is one customer will never purchase any merchandise from this retailer.

***I wish I had taken to photos for proof, but their security footage should be reviewed while it can

Worst customer service! Staff was very inattentive and unprofessional. Isaiah was more concerned with everything else going on than assisting me with getting my shoes. Will not be going back to this location! Do not recommend.

This store is terrible. The service is awful. I attempted to return shoes that my young son wore for less than one hour around the home and he said they hurt. I attempted to return them and the employee was inspecting every part of the shoe as if it was a diamond. He pointed out shoe scratches at the bottom of the shoe that are a manufacturing problems typically seen in shoes. He mightest we’ll have brought out the magnifying glass. I asked to speak to the manager. This person (supposedly Hannah) was worse than him. She refused to give me her boss’ name and the employees name. When I was leaving, she looked at me with a smirk and in a sarcastic manner said, “have a nice day.” Clearly, I knew what she meant.

If there happens to be a problem with the fit of your shoe, don’t expect this store to accept your return. You’re better of buying from a store with better customer service.

They will lose many sales. I will make sure that none of my friends and family ever shop at this store. Hopefully you won’t either. There are many changes happening in the world. Good customer service shouldn’t be one of them. We deserve better.

Came here last night with my son to get a couple pairs of shoes. Worst customer service I have experienced at Fashion Square. We never got to see if a pair fit my son. While we waited for his shoes multiple employees were literally just standing around and joking with each other. When we asked about the shoes they would just say oh they should be coming soon. A couple employees would just walk by and look at us. While we were waiting for our shoes at the bench an employee came by with other customers and asked us to move so they can try their shoes on. There was empty benches everywhere else and he tried to get us to move? Left after realizing the shoes would never come and took our business elsewhere. Multiple customers looked visibly annoyed with the staff here.

The attention of all the workers, even the manager's, was very bad, they gave us very bad treatment. They had the shoe I wanted in the size I wanted and they didn't want to sell it, they said they didn't want to look for it in the warehouse.
