If you have a need and haven’t peed, don’t speed but here’s a place to satisfy your need. If you are on a road trip from Austin to Annapolis, and need an iced latte to give you boost stop here for pristine restrooms. On sunny day, extend your stay on the patio.

They had a power outage, but handled it very professionally. They were quick and very nice. Great coffee. Great service.

This place is great as far as the coffee is concerned. It’s very clean well staffed. It is just always so busy in the parking lot is so hard to get a parking space. The drive-through is completely packed the entire time and there is very limited parking space. So you can’t park next-door and walk over. I will give it five stars if it wasn’t for this parking dilemma. Obviously Starbucks coffee is absolutely delicious - I would like to personally appreciate a wonderful barista named Deb for exceptional service.

We used the app to order ahead. They had a lot of tickets ahead of us, but the staff at this store seemed to be happy and worked well ❤ together. Everything was perfect. 👌

This is the second time I’ve been there this week and both times everyone I encountered has been very friendly and happy! They go above and beyond for their customers. I love them!

Great employees!!! We were in from out of state and we couldn't believe how nice the staff was. They were so patient and just great people and our drinks came out amazing!!
Luckily it was right next to the hotel we were staying in which made things easier. I would definitely go there again. There is a really nice outdoor sitting area that was very clean.
Again the employees were amazing and very courteous!!!

We just got back from Italy and decided to try our luck with tasting a Starbucks cappuccino to see how it compares.
Well, it doesn't. But that's okay! (The coffee taste was okay, but the milk was not the same).
Service, attitude, and experience all great!

They were absolutely slammed, cars in the street waiting to pull in. The staff was still super friendly and it was quick service!

This is the only Starbucks I go to in Cookeville!!! The service is always wonderful my order has never been wrong. When I do the mobile order it's always ready an waiting on me (take in consideration the hrs an busyness of the day you visit with time to wait) it's always good morning good afternoon an have a good day. Never have a met a sour employee that worked there. Yes they all have days where they are running behind or something hasn't went right with equipment. Their red faced with frustration an heat but always a smile!! I give this team 100!!! My all time favorite coffee place!!

My child had me try Starbucks for the first time however she is a fan of starbucks. So she wanted to try macha instead of having to pay for the whole drink and her not like it they allowed us to get a sample which I was very appreciative because that right there probably saying me another $5 the lady at the window was very happy energetic it was all about customer service making her customers happy and satisfying them as well as helping me for the first time Starbucks customer pick out the drink that was right for me

Had the most pleasant drive through experience of my life. Shea is the best and my drink was perfect!

Super fast efficient staff at this Starbucks. The drive-thru was a little crazy so I walked in. The atmosphere is nice, people were out enjoying their day, students were studying and friends just catching up. Plenty of seating available here. Coffee is great as always

I went inside Starbucks because the line was long and I needed to use the lady's room. I did my order on the app and although they were so busy, I only had to wait a few minutes on my drink. It was delicious! I'm sorry but it was a holiday drink and I'm not sure on the name. It seems like it was cookie brulee or close.

They made an error in telling me something could be made decaf when it couldn't which is no big deal it happens. What really made this starbucks stand above others was they gave me a gift card for my next coffee to make up for the error without me even asking! Great customer service!

Love cookeville, tn Starbucks. Today I had 2 the dye frappuccino's...not as pretty advertised but ohhhh so tasty....wish crossville had a drive thru Starbucks and open at 5:00 am...would get a lot of factory customers

Fast drive through service. Friendly smiling staff at the window. She gave us an extra cup of ice when we asked. The coffee to cream ratio was perfect.

Super nice at this location. Got a drink at another Starbucks two hours away. Started my drive and it was completely wrong stopped into this location and they were very gracious and understanding and replaced my drink and no charge.
