After having to get an inspection done during the only day I could. Mavis messed up my name and sent me to another location. When I was arriving I called to let them know I would be late. I called the same number I made the appointment at, it turned out I was at the right location. They said it would be an hour or two wait! I went to Pep Boys, they said they would get it done before 7pm. This was at 1:00. I went to Vavoline, they said I would have to wait in my car for 3 hours! I asked if I could just leave it there, he said no that I would lose my spot in line. I went down to Monroe, they took me in right away. They were awesome!!!

Had the best experience here and it’s definitely thanks to Steven Christopher, made sure i got the best deals on my tires, didn’t screw me over and made the experience fast and extremely pleasant. I will 100% be coming back for any car needs in my future

I recently had service (9/10/24) by appointment for a noise coming from the front passenger side of the engine compartment. I was taken on time and the issue figured out within fifteen minutes. The recommended service was explained as well as the cost. The repair was completed in the estimated time-frame that same day. The manager was helpful and honest and I will definitely use this location again. I previously left the below review as well. Good shop.

I found a screw in my tire when leaving work and was on my way to a wake. The tire was flat but a friend in my building had an air compressor and I inflated it. It held long enough to get me to Monroe. This was about 5:15pm. I explained the situation and the female manager got me in right away. She was great.. The tech pulled my tire, fixed it and got me on my way in about 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable and I was grateful. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my vehicles to Monro for over 3 years now. Nick and the rest of the guys are amazing. For all of the surprises I’ve experienced with my cars, they are almost always able to get you in and out on the same day. They are thorough and super pleasant to work with. Would never go anywhere else.

Nick and his team are the best! He helped my niece when I couldn’t get to her, and put her anxiety to ease and then helped her boyfriend with his tires! All around great customer service!

I had a great experience here. I walked in to make an appointment for an inspection and was able to make one with in two days. When I came for my appointment Alvin was kind, courteous, and respectful. My car was taken into the garage within ten minutes and I waited less than 45 minutes. This seems to be a busy location and all the staff working here seemed to be working diligently. More staff is definitely needed at this prime location. I am happy with the service I received and the manager, Alvin, was taking care of many customers. I will definitely recommend.

Typically my wife and daughter take our cars here for inspections and they’re always straight forward. They never try to sell us on anything we don’t need. Today I took my 2019 Buick there for an oil change and tire rotation. The folks there were kind and courteous and very very prompt. I was surprised at how quickly I was finished there. I’ll continue to be a customer for many more years to come.

I stopped at Monro to get my oil change and inspection. Alvin the manager was super friendly and got me in within an hour. Shaun and Josh the mechanics were helpful and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Would definitely come back

I have been a costumer for quite some years, and was disappointed when I found out a certain employee was no longer there. When I called to make an appointment to switch my tires, I was happy to realized he was the one who answered the phone and is now back!! Will continue to go there and recommend their services, now that he’s back

The manager nick is the best, always puts customers first and helps them out. Went in for front brakes, and the work was done quick. Would recommend this shop over any other in the area.

Recently, I have gone to Monro for a few different service-related needs at different times. Some needs were small, some were more urgent. Each time that I went, Nick, the manager, was very friendly & attentive to my needs and had my vehicle serviced as soon as possible, fitting me the best that he could, if I didn't have an appointment scheduled. The prices are fair and I never felt that there were services/parts that were being "pushed" on me for their mere profit. I will definitely return!

I have had several very satisfactory experiences in dealing with manager Nick Mangel at this location. I am always given fair estimates, quick turnaround, real expertise in car repairs and much valued courtesy. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the entire staff are helpful and friendly. I now bring them all my car needs. They are the best!

Been servicing all of my vehicles at Monroe for approximately 8 years and I can honestly say I’ve been completely satisfied, quality service, honest appraisals and professional workmanship!

The staff was absolutely some of the most helpful and kind people i’ve run into in my many years of owning a car. despite being busy i felt they went out of their way to make sure i had the best experience possible. the waiting area was clean and well maintained and i felt confident with every single people who looked at my car.

I recently took my van to Monroe on Delaware Ave. in Kenmore to get A/C checked and charged. The manager Nick Mangel was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I drove in with hot air blowing from A/C and drove away with nice cold air, very reasonable bill and amazing customer service. Nick is amazing! I called and needed to get an oil change right before the holiday. He was able to fit me in the same day. He was very pleasant and went above and beyond to assist me. This day and age where there are delays and incompetence in every industry, I was impressed with the service I received from Nick and his store!

Easily the best in all of Buffalo. Very honest and great. Nick is wonderful, only mechanic I will ever go to!! It’s hard to find people that you can trust these days, I will always trust what they tell me. My entire family goes only to this location, needless to say we will never go anywhere else !

This shop is OUTSTANDING! Who would think that something as a an oil change, to some shops out there, would be so difficult. But, thankfully, Monro Auto Service and Tire on Delaware Avenue does not disappoint.

Background: On Monday, all I needed to do was get an oil change at "Mavis Discount Tire" on 2593 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150. It seemed pretty straightforward, however, once my car was on the lift and splashguard was removed, and the manager was told by his technician that two bolts were loose, would you believe that this guy, Paul, the manager, literally started acting as if the world was about to end. He began to, seemingly, lose his mind, telling me that I "have to get his car out of the shop" because his shop "does not fix lose bolts and things". For God sake, even his technicians were as surprised and as irritated as I was by how outlandish his behavior was. He tried to justify it by saying he was under a "lot of pressure", however, this was a joke considering the fact that not too long before that he was enjoying a conversation with another customer about sour cream, spaghetti, and barbecue sauce in the lobby area. I even told him that he needed to relax, and that my car was not about to blow up, and nor is the world about to end. His two very calm and professional technicians told me the bolts look like they were from A/C condenser. I thanked them for their professionalism, and knew where to go next without question: Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers on 3384 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217!

Present: After scheduling an appointment and arriving on time, despite being outrageously busy and overbooked, Nick, the manager, and his techs Mark, Devonte, and Sebastian were amazingly, top-notch professionals! Not only did they take my car in, once they took a look at my car, they were irritated on my behalf that I was treated the way I was by Paul. Why? Simple. The two loose bolts were merely bolts from the A/C condenser shield! If I my equipment were not damaged we all agreed I could have simply tightened them up myself in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! To think he was so scared of tightening two bolts which on shield which protected the belt of my A/C condenser is outrageous!

That said, Nick, the manager, and his techs Mark, Devonte, and Sebastian not only tightened my shield bolts and changed the oil, they rotated my tires, as a returning customer, for FREE, they replaced some of my splashguard bolts too for FREE, and I was charged less for the oil change than Paul and Mavis would charge! Now that is outstanding customer service! Moreover, when I needed to get my tie rods serviced months ago, their other tech Brendan, not only finished the job in half the time as most other shops, they are still holding up strong today.
