I mobile order a coffee this morning. When I arrived about 10-15 minutes later it was not ready. You could clearly see that the barista was overwhelmed and backed up. I waited a bit and a manager of some sort came in the front and lended a hand.
Yes they were both overwhelmed and working as fast as they possibly could. I kindly went us to them, because I had to go, I was ready to cut my losses and just move on with my day. I just did not want them waisting time on me as other people were waiting. They kindly asked me what my drink was and quickly made my drink! I was not expecting that!

Person that handed me my drink was very kind and said sorry for the wait, we had a call out.
Thank you to the staff that work there and go above and beyond for your customer! It’s not always easy but we all appreciate you!

Got my daughter a dragonfruit refresher I believe it was called & 3 cake pops. 2 "birthday cake" & 1 "cookies & cream". Delicious! I did not try the birthday cake one but the cookies and cream one was for me and it was very yummy. If you don't know what a cake pop is it's basically the shape of a lollipop with cake inside and usually a coating of hard frosting on the outside. The birthday cake one had a hard pink frosting and the inside looked to be of a light color and I'm sure it tasted like a birthday cake ( I didn't taste it). My cookies and cream one had a hard white frosting on the outside, what looked like dark brown powder on top and on the inside was a very moist chocolate cake. It was very yummy! I would definitely buy it again!!

Excellent service , takes order ahead from app. And the my favorite part, they have a small collection of books to read while enjoying the best coffee !!

This one was so nice!! The workers were very kind and the interior was so cozy. The barista used me using my partner numbers as a way to connect with me which I honestly don't see a lot of. It was lovely.

They were kind to the weirdo carrying his whole life in two suitcases and a backpack. The store is nice, there is a huge variation of personality within the store, and it's a great place to grab a coffee. Always busy!

Great cold brew and ice coffee. Order ahead is the way to go in the morning and my order is always ready when I arrive.

These negative reviews are crazy!!!! 1 star for forgetting to put some sprinkles on your drink????? I've gone here many times during the week, various times and different staff each time. My drink is always made perfectly and the staff are super friendly. I don't understand the 1 star reviews about forgetting a piece of cheese on a sandwich.... Really??? Anyway. I literally will go into Manchester just to go to this location.

This is by far thee best Starbucks around! The trick is to go in the morning everyone who works the morning shift is amazing and you won't be sitting in the drive through for 30+ minutes like the rest of the day. I made this review because they are so Cheery and kind in the morning one of the barista's even suggested something to me to add to my coffee and it was amazing. And never once has my order came out bad at this location. I know sometimes people wait a long time for their coffee and give a bad review which I understand So I thought they really deserved a good review

I didn’t catch their names, but the girls working tonight at the Manchester Starbucks were so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. They said it sounded like I was having a bad night and gave me a cake pop with a sweet note on the bag. This absolutely made my day. I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks but these girls went over and above and I thought they should be recognized for their kindness towards a stranger.

Love this Starbucks location. The staff is extremely friendly and I've never received a bad order. It's always spot on. What's also spot on is the staff's pronunciation of my name, they've taken the time to learn to say it correctly, with no influence from my part. I always have a smile on when I leave this place!

Great staff and great quality drinks. Every time I have ordered it’s been with a friendly person. They do seems to be a little understaffed so I would 10/10 recommend being as nice to them as you can. They are doing a wonderful job!

This place is so insanely busy and the employees handle it so well. 7 people working at break neck pace while I was here, with a line nearly out the door! The only location that gets my drink right the first time every time!

As I love do a Starbucks coffee every now and then. Its worth the extra money every once in awhile to go get one at starbucks. I do prefer to make my own at home. But do tend buy there coffee to brew at home also.

I go here on a regular basis - sometimes 3-4 times a week. The staff is great - friendly, warm, inviting and they remember me! The service is equally great. I've never had an issue with any aspect of the service, quality or atmosphere. I do lots of meetings here and I never have to worry about it being sub-par or questionable. I also do lots of my business work here, and use the internet constantly. The internet is speedy and never glitches. (They used to have a one hour limit, but have gotten rid of that!) I highly recommend this Starbucks - great staff, great service, great coffee!

The manager Jake is an absolute doll & the staff here ALL go above & beyond in a VERY high volume store.
Yes, sometimes the wait time seems long, but... most beverages are handcrafted & in many cases modified from the standard offerings.
I've been a loyal patron of Starbucks for over 25 years & have been patronizing this particular location for 8 of those years when I'm not on my beloved islands!

Did my beverage completely to standard, sandwich was timely, line moved quickly (it was not that busy at 8:30 on a Monday which is as good as a dream), a very friendly barista took my order, store is very clean including bathroom. A perfect model Starbucks that I wish was closer to home in Boston :D
