After noticing the billboard signs around town we decided to give this spot a try.

Being it's in a shopping center we didn't expect much in the way of décor but we were wrong. The interior is well laid out with plenty of seating and space.

We started with the Green Papaya Sampler which came with two of each item so It was perfect for sharing.
I had the Thai Fresh Garlic entree and my wife had Thai Special Fried Rice. We finished the meal with the Tuxedo Bombe dessert. Everything was tasty. I went with the spice level 2 of 5 and ended up wishing I had gone with a level 5.

Service was perfect and they checked on us often.

Looking forward to going back.

Went here for a work lunch and was pleasantly surprised with everything! While the Thai Tea wasn't the flavor I was used to, the duck more than made up for it with the amount of flavor it brought to my entree. Definitely worth checking out!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while in town for a wedding. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly and hot. For appetizers, we shared the miso soup and papaya salad which were both nice and spicy. I had the Thai Ginger with chicken and we also shared the special with peanut sauce and the panang curry. They all had a beautiful presentation with a delicious blend of tastes.

This was a wonderful lunch experience. The inside of the restaurant has a huge wall with a projector showing the ocean, which creates a nice ambiance. The food was sent out on beautiful displays and real flowers as decoration. The food itself was very tasty. Especially the curry, but do be warned, it is very spicy! Even on a one, if you aren't accustomed to a lot of spice in your food, they might be a bit much. We want to go back and try some of the different types. We ordered a sushi lunch with roasted duck as an appetizer, chocolate mousse as a dessert, and a basil curry just to try, and topped it off with a Thai coffee!

We loved our food! Our visit started out rocky because the first server was VERY slow...almost like she was new or was dealing with a personal problem. Once a different server started helping us, things got much better. I enjoyed the 3 sushi roll special. It came with a salad. It was awesome. My husband got the special Basil fried rice. He said it was spectacular. I'm happy that we stuck it out and got a different server because it really was worth it.

We ordered the shrimp fried rice and chicken pad Thai. Great presentation and taste. The chocolate bomb dessert was delicious!!

Excellent food, atmosphere, and on point service. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time visit. Patiently waiting for the Blanding Blvd location to open up! Much needed. This place is going to make a fortune!

Recommended by a family member and we were not disappointed. Atmosphere was very classy and busy. Server was able to accommodate a special request which made my nephews day. We ordered many dishes and were delighted all around. Definitely worth a try with all these options.

The place wasn’t that busy when we were there, so it was pleasant environment. All the food we ordered were yummy and delicious. The plating was so cool.The flower we got on our plates were absolutely amazing!! A good place to hang out with good services. Lots of options to choose from.

Awesome authentic Thai food. We ordered a 3 star spice level and it was perfect and to our liking. The Pad Thai was excellent and so was basil chicken. The red curry had a lot of veggies. The portion size is good. We had one dish per person and shared and it was very filling. I will highly recommend it.

We came here on a Tuesday evening around 6. We were seated immediately, and our order was taken quickly and our food arrived shortly after that. I was really impressed with how fast they got us in and out. The food was delicious and the restaurant itself was beautiful. The whole place filled up and there was a wait out the door by 6:30. We will be back

Tho it was respectable on the outside, it exceeded our expectations immensely. The food was so good and so quickly delivered. The prices are good and the atmosphere was more intimate and interesting than we expected!

The food is absolutely delicious. You taste the fresh ingredients, and flavor is on point. It was one of the best shrimp pad Thai I have had.

I had been to Green Papaya several times before since they've been open and I always look forward to try something different from their menu. Their dining room was nearly full when we arrived at almost 7pm on a Thursday. A very popular place for Thai cuisine!

The look of their dining room is impressive, complete with crystal chandeliers spanning the ceiling space. Not only is it a beautiful ambience, the decor above serves to create more intimacy in their dining space.

I ordered my favorite Fresh Spring Rolls right away. I enjoyed how this version was rolled more small and bite size than I have experienced other places. I notice when they are rolled this way it really helps to keep the ingredients within the rice noodle paper in place while I enjoy generous amounts of peanut sauce along with each bite. Yum! And surprisingly filling! I ate them too fast before realizing I hadn't taken a picture yet! Before I remembered all that was left was a pool of peanut sauce, a banana leaf and a pretty little edible orchid. I did eat the orchid having googled out of curiosity its dietary benefits as we sat anticipating our entreés.

I had made and tried curry dishes at home but I had never tried it in any restaurant until this visit. I decided to ask our server what the difference was between green, yellow and red curry before I made my decision. She answered succinctly and I took a few more minutes to decide.

I went with the yellow curry but asked for no onions. I asked if I could substitute broccoli. She replied it would be a $2 upcharge, but I backed away from that kind of modification. I asked if there were any other vegetables that could be substituted without an upcharge, and it didn't seem it was likely. She did offer to have them include more peppers already a part of the dish and I was pleased with that. However, when my dish arrived it did, in fact, include broccoli and I was overjoyed!

My companion ordered Thai Fresh Garlic. I did try a bite and the sauce was scrumptious!

We enjoyed our time at Green Papaya and can't wait to return. I would have loved if our server introduced herself by name. It's always nice to establish a personal connection with the ones who work so hard to keep guests pleased. Next time I will ask. She was sweet, helpful and she kept our water glasses topped just at the right time.

Great food. We got our food super fast and everything was delicious!

Everything was great! The servers were kind and efficient. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy. My husband and I loved everything about it. We are visiting but will definitely be back when in St Augustine again.

First timer ! I wish I could cancel my patients and go get more. My husband brought me the "Girl On Fire" roll, today. Very Very Very well done. Delicious.

This place came very Highly recommended so we gave it a shot. We started with the Fresh spring Rolls with peanut sauce. Perfect. I ordered a Thai Tea with my meal and it hit the spot. For My main meal I had the "Amazing Curry" and it lived up to its name. In fact it has been over an hour since we left the restaurant and my belly is still smiling. Don't wait any longer go get you some Amazing Thai, oh yea it looks like they know how to do Sushi as well but we don't do it so no reviews on it but the first 6 pages of the menu are All sushi.
