I had about 8 boxes (mostly large) to return and felt embarrassed as I pulled up, backing in, and unloaded all my boxes outside. I was close, right in front of the convenient setup of the UPS store and planned on walking all my boxes inside. Expecting I probably have to awkwardly wait in line with all my boxes and risk getting boxes stolen or walk them jn one by one… I wasn’t sure because never had to return so many on my own. I was almost done unloading when someone in a UPS shirt came out with a hand truck! I wasn’t expecting this and never seen this kind of support. I felt a relief wash over me and felt so cared for. He happily and full heartedly helped me and slightly made me feel less embarrassed. We went in and quickly scanned to return all my boxes. Fastest and most efficient and best service I’ve ever had hands down. Francklin was the best and his crew. Thanks for making my feel cared for. Thoughtful service. Will come again!!

There is ample parking available on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Best UPS Store around. I’ve been using this store for shipping and Amazon returns for about a year. All the staff I’ve met have been kind, helpful, and efficient. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and organized. This will continue to be my go-to UPS Store.

I love this location they are clean, helpful, super friendly! I have been to quite a few locations and they are not all clean. This place limits how many people in location, they held the door for me, you can smell the clean literally. They helped with every step while still social distancing. I prefer this location over other locations honestly. I've been from Everett to federal way and this is my location of choice because of how they handle me as a customer before and after the pandemic. Thank you.

I filed a claime for a lost package. Not only was it located in a timely manner, but the consistent communication with status updates took me by surprise!

Quickly processed my Amazon return. Staff was efficient and friendly.

I was just here with six Amazon returns. Several of which were quite large. Woo and Franklin both came out and helped me and this took about six minutes instead of a half an hour or longer than it would’ve taken if I was lugging everything in by myself. I’m super grateful for their assistance and their cheerful attitudes! The reason I always come to this UPS store instead of the one closest to my house is because everyone is always friendly and helpful.

On Monday, 7/24, I came to the UPS store to send my grandson who lives out of state four boxes of his personal items. I had taken out my cart to load up all the boxes to bring them inside when the cashier Francklen showed up to offer his assistance. He was kind, attentive and very professional. He let me know how much each box was going to cost and was very patient explaining the process. I can't say enough good things about him. I also have to give kudos to Janet who often receives my many Amazon returns during the past few months. I want to make sure this UPS location is acknowledged for the great atmosphere and enviornment I continually experience with all their employees and the manager. Days later my grandson let me know he received all 4 boxes in perfect condition!

The neighborhood UPS store is friendly. The staff is personable and remembers frequent faces. Packages are handled with care. It's a little cramped behind the desk so make sure to pick up packages frequently!

I recently visited the UPS Store to complete my I-9 digitally and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly, which made the process much less stressful. They helped me navigate the digital I-9 form and the process was fast and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend the UPS Store for anyone needing to complete their I-9 documents. The staff was knowledgeable and made the experience a great one.

I came in with a bunch of Amazon returns and a younger girl with dark hair and great eye lashes (didn’t catch her name) went above and beyond to help me package and ship all my items. Everyone was super friendly and the service was efficient!

Such a great UPS store. Each time I've visited the employees here are kind and patient. Such a contrast from other UPS stores I've been to. Janet is such a great worker and has a very kind countenance. Additionally there was a taller Asian man when I came previously who was also above standard for service. I make my way to tukwila when I need a UPS store.

I have a UPS store two blocks for me, but I use this store whenever I can. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I never feel rushed, which is always an issue at other stores.

This UPS store is the best I live like 30 minutes away and I drive all the way to this one. I pass like 3 other UPS store, but since this UPS store has great customer service, I don’t care how far I have to drive I will be going to this one.

I had a HUGE package to return (20"x20"x26" and 85lbs). Franklin (sp?) saw me struggling and helped me carry the box inside. I didn't have a packing slip printed so Janet helped me with that.

Very quick process that took less than 5minutes.

I have been into this store many times in the past year, and find the staff there to be incredibly friendly and incredibly efficient. They adhere to thoughtful standards in this era of COVID-19, and while you may see a line out the door when you arrive, it's simply to keep the small store safe. The line moves quickly, and they have staff members coming out to check on people while you're there. I truly appreciate these folks more than they would ever know!
