The staff and people are very understanding and quick. The best thing that they store senders address and past address that I have sent couriers so because of that by just providing my phone number all the information there which made the whole process pretty quick and convenient

Lone employee was answering the phone and handling a line of customers...Yet still quickly processed my order, gave me a smile and a "you're welcome".

Dude was busy and did what he could. That's 5 stars any day.

Wasn't expecting much - but my experience was great. Needed two items laminated, in-and-out in 5-minutes. ~$5. Whoever helped me was great.

Warning to others: Parking lot is a tweaker hot-spot and known for weird parking tickets. :/

The store services for printing and passport picture were quick and painless to access.

The staff was courteous and quick with their work.

The store location may have its quirks for those uninitiated with the area.

A few months ago, I began using this UPS center for its proximity to my home. I now use it exclusively because of the service I get here. The staff is polite, helpful and quick. Great UPS location! Highly recommended.

Jon and his team are the nicest and most helpful. I always ship from here but today I went asking them to help me find a package that was delivered by UPS to the wrong address. This is not what a UPS store is for, but UPS website only gave me options to claim money for my lost package, which had no financial value and contained my passport. Jon called UPS and stayed on the line with them for 30mns until they opened an investigation and promised to call me back. They were able to track the package and found where it was delivered. Thanks Jon!

Got there & it was the first time I've ever done a UPS QR code from Amazon. The interaction was fine. Young skinny guy let me know I would need a box. I said I had one in the car & he helped make it fit. He said he could not promise UPS would accept it but didn't try to force me to upgrade into a box. He knew it was a return & any time you're dealing with a 3rd party vendor with Amazon the returns process is never easy or convenient. I was fine with that & he even helped me tape it up & slapped on a label & I got a receipt.
The location was very clean & organized & products very visible if I needed something.
The selection of greeting cards was cool also.
I'll come again if I need to return something via UPS store.

This was my first time shipping something and Leo was really helpful and amazing. Helped me in all I needed. Thank you Leo. Definitely going back next time.

Wes was so kind!!! My friend was printing out posters for her missing cat at the ups store, and the staff was so helpful and attentive. They even printed out an extra poster for free so they could hang one in the store as well. love ❤❤❤❤

Appreciation post for Kage, the assisted manager who always goes above and beyond! I’ve been here trying to ship or return things on the bring of a panic attack, and Kage very quickly and politely solves my problems. Experience was great! The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with -- including the manager who I believe is mentioned in other reviews. They assisted me with both printing and shipping. Overall, the process was efficient -- I felt as though they were being mindful and considerate of my time (even though I was not in a rush), which I appreciate.

Was concerned about the low ratings, but had a great experience. This location has a parking lot… which in seattle… hard to come by. Came around 3 pm and had zero trouble finding a spot. Process took less than 5 minutes (I’d even argue less than 3!). Don’t post reviews much, but I thought I’d give 5 stars where I can!

I really don’t understand why this place has such negative reviews. I was scared going in the first time because of the reviews but this place has the best services. There are always multiple attendants and they are always very helpful and polite. I manage to leave here smiling every time unlike the long line and rush of the some other post offices I’ve been to. I definitely recommend this place. One thing to note is I always have my shipping labels printed from home so I’ve never tried to do that here.

Jim and his staff have been shipping my framed photographs for almost 15 years. They are so pleasant and professional and everything has arrived in tact as they take great care to pack things. I have read these reviews and am not sure why they are not great. But I think these guys have worked here a long time and really people, be patient and kind. These guys actually care a lot about what they do, and I am sure are doing their best.

I'm changing my review. Last time I came in here, I asked for a service they had on their window, and they refused me in a rather rude way. I came in this time for something entirely different and the experience was so much different (it was great), from the exact same people, plus they had removed the previous service from their window. Thank you for that.

I've had a mailbox there since 2012, I've never had a problem with the people there or the business end of things. I'm sorry to hear that others have but having interacted with the manger and the staff there on a regular basis for years now, I have to say that I've always treated them respectfully and reasonably and have received the same in return. Some days they are swamped and super busy and I've heard the staff being very concise and straightforward with customers in order to get things processed quickly, and I can see how someone in a hurry or who likes to socialize during interactions might be offended, but come on guys--this is a business, not a coffee social, and they have a ton of work to do. I plan to remain a customer for years to come and am grateful for how wonderful my 4+ years of experience has been.

We were helped by Leo who was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I also saw him really going above and beyond with other people. The whole team was really kind to me too!
