Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Pretty good! I got their Piña colada smoothie with mango chunks, more milk and less sugar.

So refreshing to see Taiwanese style fruit tea places in the area.

Very friendly and drinks were amazing!! We got the special buy 1 mango drink get 1 free & a jasmine green tea.

The best red bean bubble tea and reasonably priced too. It was the perfect balance of sweet and earthy.

The ladies who run the stand are great too!

Went got drinks. Drinks were good, Plus larges are large too so you get your moneys worth.

This place was good when it first opened. smoothies are great, fruit is fresh. The past few times have been horrible though .Terrible customer service. The one employee that’s usually there ,has such a bad vibe , her tone and attitude when speaking is ridiculous. Some type of management should be there more often to witness this and take care of itS

I walked up to Real Fruit to order a drink at 7:22pm on 7/25. The young lady told me she can only make a tea without any bubbles. However, I was ordering 2 banana smoothies so I was unsure to what she was talking about.
She proceeded to said, “I want to leave at 8pm sharp therefore, I can’t make the smoothies.” Then proceeded to walk away. She said ‘“she closes at 7:20pm”
but, the store closes at 8pm or at least that’s what the sign says! Very unprofessional.

At the Deptford mall I tried to purchase a smoothie. I ordered via kiosk machine which requires you to place an order and pay. Well the kiosk machine did not produce a receipt but charged me $25. The worker stood right in front of me in front of the machine. Seen me make the purchase and still would not give me my drink because I did not have a receipt from the kiosk machine I responded you just watched me make the purchase , I stated to her and showed her that the notification comes directly to my phone from my bank, showing me that the purchase was approved. She said I can’t give you a drink you because the kiosk did not produce a receipt . I asked to speak to her manager. She gives me a 800 number to call . I called the corporate office and gave them a copy of my bank Showing them that I was charged and wanted a Refund. Real fruit asked me to send them a copy of my bank statement showing that I did purchase a drink which I did not receive And proof that I was there at the Deptford mall. Be careful using their kiosk machine because it will rob you of your money. it’s not my fault that their machine did not give me a receipt . So I am very unhappy with this place. I will never buy a drink from them again, because their machines steals your money, Real fruit does not honor even if you show proof, they still will steal your money so beware of Real Fruit Kiosks.

I have been getting a hot black tea at this location since they opened. Today I was told that hot black tea is not an option. It clearly states green or black tea served hot or cold.

Poor customer service not to mention how they changed my debit card for something I never received and the lady there refused to address the issue instead told me to check my bank I will see my money is still there.

There’s better bubble tea in the mall. Never again.

The worker was very rude. It seemed like she didn't want to work there. (02/16)
