O'Reilly Auto Parts

Without warning my car battery died on me suddenly on a hot day in the parking lot in front of O'Reilly's at 3107 E. Indian School. I asked the young man (Nate) at the counter if he had any ideas what might be the trouble. He was so kind and responsive that he quickly got the car started for me and I was able to get home. Very often young people are dismissive and sarcastic with little old ladies, but this young man was genuinely kind.

It's been my experience that not only Nate is gracious, but that seems to be the overall tone of service in that location. I'll be telling family and friends about this O'Reilly's!

My battery died on me today and I use my vehicle for work! Went into this O'Reilly's Edgar was super helpful got me a new battery gave me tools to use since I was right in front of the store and also gave me gloves so I wouldn't get dirty in my work clothes. Took me 10 minutes to swap my battery because they had the tools for me and everything I needed. Edgar is a super nice employee He's very helpful I'm absolutely happy that I stopped at this O'Reilly's instead of AutoZone! Thank you Edgar for your help!

Darius and T at the O"Reilly's Auto Parts on 3107 Indian School, Phx, store #2642, are GREAT! Both are really helpful, and when both my lowlights went out at the same time, hindering my ability to drive at night, they were my saving grace. Both are very nice, with excellent customer service skills. Darius even went above and beyond, and switched out my bulbs for me. I can drive at night now... yay!! Thanks Darius and T!!

Darayius was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my mom with her vehicle. My family visits this location often and we are extremely happy everytime we are helped by Darayius. He always greets us with a big smile and positive attitude. Post-covid it is almost rare to receive great customer service. But we commend this young man for his stellar service every time.
Additionally, another gentleman, Erubrul, offered his translation services to help my mom comnunicate her vehicle needs and aided Darayius in letting her know what her car needed. Thank you again for all your help guys!

Only had 1 small problem. I was getting new windshield wipers, and the book used for reference was 5 isles over from the wipers... I took a pic of course! Everything else was great.

On this nice morning I was assisted by Francis who is a lovely team member. Without even asking he replaced my windshield wipers, tightened the bolts on my wiper arms, checked out my vehicle, and so much more!! The best customer service I have ever received since moving to AZ! Thank you Francis :)

After finding out the dealership was going to charge me $150 to replace a cabin air filter I came here. The guy there helped me find everything I needed and then i was on my way. Great service!

I like to give a shout out to Isabel manager. She really went above and beyond with customer service. My battery was a little over a week past it’s warranty and she made a my day by honoring me the warranty on my battery. Can’t express how great full I am. Especially in these hard times, she seems very empathetic. Great job Isabel

They are so cool they let me work on my truck right out front of their store and very courteous

Staff was great. Went in for headlights for my truck, guy behind counter helped me find the ones I needed. He went to get them for me. Overall, great experience

Customer service was excellent the cashier was helpful, nice, and funny. They had the part I was looking for and even checked to make sure I had the right part at the right price. Definitely will go back for my car needs.

Amazing staff who are friendly and FAST!! Battery was still under warranty and it was tested and changed in under 20 minutes.

These guys know what customer service is. Even though it took a little longer than I was expecting, I got great service here. They know their stuff and it shows! And the stock level is great. One of the workers here, Leonard, was amazing. He was very nice and helped my brother and I when no one could help us. He was very patient and polite and really cool so it made our visit here not so bad.

I had trouble with my car battery and Angie was very helpful. She provided great customer service and went through steps to figure out if I truly needed a new battery, checked my battery warranty, etc. She was also kind and friendly and I think that is important in a service indusry where people are coming in to fix their car problems. Fixing problems is never fun but Angie and the team were there to help and they all seemed like they enjoyed working together! Thanks again!

Isabel is a rock star! I came in to have my battery replaced, and she was juggling multiple customers at once. She replaced my battery super fast and never once did I detect an ounce of annoyance or feeling rushed. She's awesome!
