We received the best treatment from Thomas, the parts manager! He was amazing! Kept a great attitude even while helping us change our battery in 100 degree heat! We loved Thomas! He has great customer service skills! Thanks Thomas!

I had a few issues with my car this month, and each time I visited AutoZone, Chuck, the store manager for store 2797, was there to help. He was always kind, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Every visit turned out to be a great experience. Chuck answered all my questions thoroughly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone. Thanks, Chuck, for replacing my battery and helping with everything else!

Two blocks from my condo. Can’t get any better than that. Employees are very nice. Bought a quart of oil and the guy offered me his funnel.

Tried to go in 10 minutes before close and the doors were already locked while staff were mopping. No big deal, but def keep in mind if you're doing evening errands (evening errands in the summer time are the only way to go!)

Miguel helped me find the right windshield wipers for my car and installed them for me and made sure they fit right. He also helped me put washer fluid in. 10/10 so helpful so nice deserves a raise

1st time here. Quick, courteous service. Employee seemed knowledge and got me the best deal possible for doing a oil change. Yes I would recommend and visit again. Less than a mile from me.

Super super helpful. Everyone there was so nice and so kind and they really help me figure out the part that I need it for my car. What I needed was the wrong thing and they knew what to tell me to make it right they even help me with the flyers to fix it out in the parking lot. Can’t say enough good things about the store. I got wonderful service at Auto Zone from Heath and Tompiko (spelling?). My car was not starting and she used a tool that checked the starter, alternator and battery. They determined it was under warranty and Heath kindly swapped the battery which he did not have to do. All done in half an hour. Thank you Auto Zone.

Great service with great employees. For a guy that sucks at cars like I do, I was very grateful to have them not only sell batteries but also install it for me. Also, great that they took Apple Pay.

I went to AutoZone due to my car battery going dead unexpectedly. I met Jey Muhammad who was the best service guy I could ever ask for. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident with his diagnostics. This guy went above and beyond to provide excellent support for my situation. He deserves a raise and needs to be promoted to a manger. This guy has only been with your company for 4 years and have gave me my best AutoZone experience ever. He is a leader and should be training all your other employees. If I ever need another part you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be there to visit Jey.
