The girls running the store this morning are amazing. My order was done quickly and one of them even remembered me and started my order early. Amazing Job. Im gonna bring cash so i can tip them better.

I love the Jamba Juice out most of the ones I have been to except the once in San Luis Obispo. Julie is the current manager and I am so happy she is back. The place is clean, the employees are happy and friendly and eager to help. They will make any smoothy you can think of and not even roll their eyes at you when you ask.

On 7/12 I placed an online ordered from a different location, unfortunately they had a power outage and they closed but still charged my card. I traveled to the next closest location and talked to a staff about the situation. She said she will take care of it. Adriana was so helpful. She was so busy. She didn't skip a beat she is a total stud. I will definitely travel to this location from now on. Thank you Adriana!!

07/23 I got here 7:50pm and they didn’t want to take my order because they said they were already closed when they close at 8pm…The girl that didn’t want to take my order is called ALMI. 07/25 Edited. They called me back because they wanted to apologize for what happened, I went there again and gave me two free smoothies for what happened before, I really appreciate they care about their costumers and feedback. The smoothies were delicious, I will definitely come back again

We visited here a little over a week ago and were greeted when we walked in. The gentleman at the counter assisted us as soon as we were ready and he was extremely patient when I couldn't figure out why my debit card wasn't working. The drinks we ordered were delicious and they were ready so quickly!

Me and my boyfriend went here today at 1pm and i wish i got their names. Tall black boy and a hispanic boy with cute stickers on his face. Both of them were SO friendly and said my boyfriend and i make a great couple ❤ Jamba always has a wait so that doesnt matter to me. Our smoothies were excellent and our whole day was basically perfect. We will come to this jamba again its the best in the city

I got an açaí bowl and 2 drinks today (9/28) and the 2 ladies that helped me were incredible. I highly recommend this place. I will be back

Oh my goodness! I was just introduced to the Smoothies. I can truly say that the 4 times I've gone has been very good and I'm sure I'll be going again. So many very fresh fruit Smoothies to choose from. Excellent customer service as well!

Great everytime. If they make your smoothie too big, they'll give you the bigger size without charging you more for it.
The workers are very attentive and helpful.
They greet you when you arrive and say thanks for stopping by when you leave.
Of you don't like your smoothie after all, they'll make you another on the spot.

This place is just AWESOME! not only they have the best smoothies and juices in Phoenix, they have the greatest customer service I've ever seen. they're so helpful when you're not sure what to get. I kept asking them about different juices for maybe more than 10 minutes and the guy whom I believe his name was Thomas was still trying to make sure that I get what I really want. I've been in this place so many times, and every single person that I've seen working there is very polite and helpful. I usually see Thomas and Al and Sarah working there when I go there, and they all have been very helpful. it's just a pleasant experience, and it makes you want to go back there again.

Trinae was amazing! Seriously great service and she was so incredibly patient as my dad and I asked a million questions. She took extra care to help me avoid an allergy. She deserves a great shout out!

My son had dental work done today and wanted a smoothie on the way home. I accidentally ordered a smoothie from the Goodyear location, when I got to the Avondale location they made me a smoothie for free and brought it out to me. Amazing customer service!

The peanutbutter mood gives me LIFE!!!!! i worked for jamba nearly 11 years ago and they are still the great company I remember them to be. The menu is fresh and up to date with current trends and diets. They know how to stay in tune with its clientele. Plus the sourdough pretzels are the bees knees!!

This location has extremely friendly workers. However, the business hours listed on the Google listing is incorrect. The opening hours list as 9am when I've been there at 8am countless times. The closing time is totally inaccurate. Saturdays indicate they close at 12am when they actually close at 9pm. I've driven there many times in vain due to the incorrect hours. Please, someone, fix them! Other than that, I like this location. It's close to the freeway so I can grab my morning Caribbean Passion on the way to work.
