Yvette (Anabelle) was very sweet, thoughtful, and accommodating during my visit! She is the server to request!
Great portion sizes - especially the bacon! I tried to finish yet I couldn't do it!
My only "complaint" is no whip cream for my hot chocolate.
A wide variety of food, including Spanish food, is offered as well as breakfast served all day.
I will DEFINITELY be returning to try their lunch/dinner menu!

This was our first time here and hopefully not the last! The food is GREAT! We had breakfast of eggs, home fries and I had sausage and he had bacon and we had raisin bread toast. Their coffee is good and hot. You get really nice portions and the prices are very good! Our waitress was really nice! I for sure recommend coming here.

Amazing French toast. I got French toast in Puerto Rico and nothing could live up to it and it's fresh shaved coconut on top. The tropical coconut French toast from Felix's with the butter and syrup OMG almost matches up to how good my Puerto Rican coconut French toast was and I love it here. Amazing French toast good scrambled eggs. Good hashbrowns. I appreciate Felix. Also got a ham egg and cheese on croissant and it was very good good ham too

If you want great service and great food go to felixs it all around worth it and delish to boot.

After our horrendous experience at Crepe's Tea place in West Springfield, wasting so much time and leaving it without having anything to eat, we came to Felix's breakfast cafe. It doesn't look fancy, but don't let it fool you. The food was exceptional and we got a 5 star service from a very nice lady. Apple Cinnamon pancakes were the best we have ever tried, as everything else we ordered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 👍👍

Two of us had brunch, food was fresh and fine. A great, simple omelette for me and my partner had rice and beans with wings. Wish I could've considered dessert, nice selection, but too full. So we'll be back.

Server was helpful and just relaxed, attentive and pleasant, nice woman.

I love good prices and delicious food 😋... If you want low-carb food, Felix's does. I like it because it suits your request and creates your favorite dish.

I absolutely love their clam chowder and they give you toasted bread with it. I finally came to eat breakfast here and it was great. Prices are more than reasonable. I'm going back asap! I ordered breakfast that came with turkey sausage eggs home fries toast and coffee.

Such a surprise to find this perfect diner-like spot while at a hockey tournament in the area. The nicest waitress! The most delicious egg and cheese sandwiches! Delicious homemade waffles scented with vanilla! Good coffee with real cream! It's a lively and welcoming place and such a wonderful change from a chain.

Great breakfast spot for a reasonable price right off the train and bus station.

Cozy place to get breakfast. Food is delicious, wait staff are great, can get busy so food can take a bit but it's always more than worth it.

Lovely restaurant with ample seating. Be prepared to wait, they get very busy, but I assure you it's well worth the wait. Food is always delicious. Menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend.

There’s nothing like a family style breakfast spot!! And that’s exactly the type of ambience I was looking for especially being away from home! Felix’s had amazing hospitality and customer service the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this place when visiting Springfield I will be returning back shortly didn’t get a chance to get the upside pineapple pancakes cause my three eggs Home fries bacon and English muffin was so fulfilling!!!

Delicious breakfast and good prices. The diner has a local, family-run vibe. They have good coffee and the chicken and waffles were really tasty. It's also conveniently located close to downtown and the bus stop/bike stop. I recommend coming here for breakfast.

Having just arrived at the nearby bus station, I wasn't sure what to expect by this location but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee. The service was pleasant & welcoming, the atmosphere was pleasant too. The breakfast was delicious! They also have Spanish food like rice & beans. Recommend this place.

Started coming here right after the Ccovid slow down,not only do they serve a good breakfast they have a lunch menu and they are Spanish owned,so lunch and dinner has a Spanish menu.
