I had a wonderful experience with the assistant manager TJ. He thoroughly answered my questions for a newly rented unit and shared additional pertinent information I hadn't considered. Great customer service all around!

Service is quick and efficient, 10/10 ! Everything was straightforward - Amy T. was such a great help and she was so kind! If you need any storage needs, come here and ask for Amy✨Highly recommend!

Very impressed. I had a storage unit here years ago, and recently visited to inquire about opening another one. It seems much cleaner than I remember it being before and the manager TJ and the lady working with him were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be renting storage space here again.

Amy, the store manager, really hooked me up with a great unit that fit my needs perfectly...and in a location that was extremely accessible and accommodating. She was very professional, patient with me, and certainly went the extra mile for me. I'm very happy with my first experience with the Storage Mart organization and with my dealings with the Hopkins, MN location.

Best rate of 5 facilities I checked in the area. Convenient location. Got a “drive up” locker for MUCH less than other options. Most paperwork online. Office staff sold me a lock for a very reasonable price, swept out the locker, and showed me the right way to attach my lock. Thank you, Jackie.

The new manager DJ and the female employee were extremely helpful when it came answering questions after we needed to clean out my grandmothers storage space. She’d recently passed away, but the staff made this part so smooth. We will definitely recommend this location going forward.

We would like to thank TJ and Amy for contacting us when we accidentally left storage containers outside of our unit. They were quick with their notification and helped in returning all of our items. It could have been a big loss to our family. Thank you!!!

The front desk staff is extremely helpful and attentive. They go the extra mile to make sure I have everything I need. The facility is very clean, quiet, and secure. I would highly recommend!

StorageMart FINALLY made the right choice and promoted one of the best workers who checked me in, Amy Tran, to manage and operate this facility. Since then, as you can see from my photo, the building’s integrity has finally improved and halls are actually swept clean! Amy Tran is so friendly and easygoing she made it a breeze to check in.

Other renters and I are SO HAPPY they finally got rid of that HORRENDOUS manager, Dana Dietrich - she somehow managed to degrade this beautiful building into a DUMP! Restoration has already been underway and I know I speak for more than myself that we ALL notice the positive changes here already.

I’ve rented from StorageMart in Hopkins for the past 9 years. Great facilities and even better management. TJ and Amy are great to work with and are are on the ball letting me know when packages arrive!

TJ was awesome when we went to sign our contract. He gave us the tour and the place is very bright and clean!!

I had a problem with my storage unit lock not working and both Amy and TJ helped me fix the problem quickly and professionally. They were a pleasure to work with.
