Number 1 Pizza

Another accidently find, went to turn around after looking for somewhere to eat and saw it was a pizza place. Grabbed to go lasagna and a salad. Both was great! The lasagna has a sweet taste, something ive never had. Definitely try this place out!!

Big thanks to Josephine, her husband and staff in exceeding our expectations for a venue to celebrate our son’s baptism. What’s not to like? The food and service was great, and they even decorated for us with supplies given which made the perfect atmosphere for our event. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to utilizing their services again in the future.

We ordered the calamari special and pepperoni pizza. The cheese was really really good! It was plenty for 4 to eat with leftovers. My husband remembered the owner from another time we had visited and she came to our table and spoke. She was incredibly sweet and friendly. Upon cashing out she gave my husband a black and white cookie and some yyoe of chocolate filled doughnuts that were delicious.

A really great Italian family restaurant. Went with a large group and the service was great.

Several people got pizza. I had the special - spinach ravioli. The pasta and filling were very fresh. Such a wonderful flavor!

Also got cannolis for dessert!

Moving up to the Lake from downstate, I was afraid I’d be missing my pizza and Italian food. The pizza here is amazing. The dishes are terrific- the cannoli are honestly, the best I’ve ever had- home made and assembled when you order them. I’ve eaten there and taken out numerous times and will miss them when they close for the winter.

Hands down the BEST italian entrees in the area!!! Their salads come with a homemade balsamic dressing that is so delicious and everything is made to order. I usually order the ravioli with meatballs or lasagna and it’s always to die for. You can hear the chef in the back speaking Italian so you know it’s good!

We decided to head away from the restaurants near the shops and found this just a short drive away. It was a weeknight before the summer season, so not busy. It's great that they are a family operated business since 1971. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and ordered a large pizza to go. While we waited for it, the chef, a friendly Italian man, came out to wave to us. The pizza was great, nice thin crust and cooked to perfection. We will return!

A family owned and operated business! We had a nice antipasto and a delicious pizza! The place is outside of Lake George Village with a nice cozy atmosphere! I have to say the pizza was the closest to NYC pizza that I've had in a long time! Will be returning!

Great Pizza and their pasta dishes are amazing. Get the lasagna if they have it.

If you're looking for authentic tasting New York style pizza, but you're worried you're too far from the city to get the real deal, this is the place. As a displaced native New Yorker, I felt right at home at this place. The staff was kind and accommodating, and it was a laid back atmosphere with awesome pizza. The name makes it sound like a tourist trap, but make no mistake: the pizza here is the real deal. Thin crust, crispy bottom, cheesy with great pepperoni, really great all around.

Super friendly, open later than most places. I got the penne with vodka sauce and it comes with a full bread roll and small salad. Good deal. Also had a quick beer while waiting for the food to go. Would recommend, authentic friendly Italian restaurant

Perfect place for good food and excellent service. 100 % recommend. Other pizza places in the area did not answer their phone. Not only did number 1 pizza answer but they even gave us complimentary garlic knots. She knew we were visiting from out of town so she gave us paper plates. 🍕🍕

Great thin pizza, even better garlic knots. Prices are good, very clean inside, nice staff. Will definitely go back there. It’s worth driving a couple feet up the busy strip and dining indoors.

This pizza is premium in every way and was completely delicious the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was immaculate. This was our first time in and we are looking forward to trying more of the menu next year as they've closed for the winter season.

Best pizza period has been for many years .eggplant is incredible antipasto right from Italy

This is our favorite New York pizzeria! The food is so incredibly good, and we go there every time we're in New York

The pizza here was great. I came with my 9month old in September and the gentleman that served us was so personable and inviting. Sharing his story of waiting on grandchildren and complimenting my adorable baby. Besides that, the pizza was excellent and I heard from the other members red s in .y party that the coffee and dessert was amazing. Their pizza is like old school, down state Italian pizza from the neighborhood shop. If they moved to DC and opened a shop they'd make a killing.

Very homey, the staff was lovely and the pizza was just the way we like it. Garlic knots were also awesome.

Not right in the Lake George Village, just a bit further up Rt 9 but if you want some real Italian thin crust pizza, this is your place! Family owned, been in business for over 50 years… great!
