My daughter’s appointment had to be rescheduled. As a result she ran out of her medications before she could be seen again. I contacted Margaret, the office manager. She was able to navigate the bureaucracy and help us get to the right people to get a refill to last my daughter until we could be seen. Margaret is so very helpful and very much appreciated! Thank you!

After having a terrible experience at the Mobile office, the office manager for the Fairhope location called me to help me get an appointment here. I see Maggie who is always so kind and attentive. The front desk staff has been pleasant. I cannot say anything about the phones as I haven’t had to call about anything yet. This was a complete turnaround from my other experience in Mobile.

Dr. Wilson was amazing! My husband had his first appointment with him yesterday and he truly listens and wants the best for you! I am planning on making an appointment for myself! Thank you so much Dr. Wilson!

Gretchen did my vitals and she was really sweet! She has a fun personality. I've been receiving call backs quickly and appreciate that.

Dr. Wilson is a wonderful doctor that has completely helped change my quality of life. He is full of recommendations and truly listens and empathizes with his patients. Cant recommend him enough.

I see Maggie Kellar and her nurse Mackenzie. They are both fantastic and very personable. I drive 45 minutes just to see them specifically. My experience with Mrs.Kellar is the best doctor/patient experience I have ever had. As long as the both of them are there I will always come back.

I've been going here for 2 1/2 years. I see Maggie and absolutely love her! I love Mrs. Margaret in the front too. They're all very welcoming.

The medical staff at Bayview literally saved my life. They made the help I needed accessible and helped me to be better. I still go here and I’ve never had an issue in 5 years. I can’t recommend this place enough to people who are struggling but are scared to get help. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to be okay. They’ve always helped me with insurance, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and when.

First of all, I am very concerned over the negative reviews from patients regarding their experience and treatment with this clinic. A common theme appears to be a fragmented clinical setting and the lack of respect from staff.
The first thing I do when I am looking for a new health provider is to read ratings and posted client comments.
I will share with you some of the problems I have experienced in clinical setting and that is. The person behind the counter has not been trained in their role. It is not a job everyone can doand it is one of the most crucial roles/individuals representing your clinic.
This person must be attentive,courteous, and have some basic knowledge of provided services and no matter what is going on in their personal life, it bears no concern to clients seeking services.
Another problem is for some reason, staff are allowed to carry and answer their personal cell phones while on duty. This is one of the ;most disrespected behaviors conducted. Also, if I am standing in line to check in and the person behind the window, chooses to answer the clinical ringing phone before addressing me leaves me with the impression I am not important as the person calling in.
You may think anyone can perform the job, of receptionist, but this is not true. No matter what mood you are in, or what is going on in your life, it bears no significance to anyone except you. I truly believe everyone who chooses this position should be trained in the role of how to Greet Clients...how to conduct themselves in a courteous, appropriate, kind and attentive behavior. It is the most crucial position within your clinic as it is the first impression the client obtains and has a large impact on the clinics rating. I gave the clinic a 4 because the person whom I obtained an appointment with was very kind and courteous. There were directional questions which she could not answer as to the location of the clinic and nearby sites and she did not have anyone to refer me to for the amount of co-pay expected at time of service with my insurance.

Seeing a therapist there, Barbara Lee, she's pretty good.

So I'm giving it 3 stars cuz recently I've had both good and bad experiences.
Bad is my therapist I was explaining my relationship with my boyfriend and how he's in a poly/open marriage and my therapist told me that I was having an affair.
Good being my psychologist I love them I think their amazing and understanding.

I have had an amazing experience working with Dr. Wilson. He’s a great doctor, but trying to call the facility to ask a question or make an appointment is a joke. I’ve been put on hold for over 30 minutes before. Great doctors, but not the best phone experience.

Will someone answer the dang phone? I missed my appointment because I tried calling all day the day prior trying to reschedule. I've left messages with no one calling back. I have an issue with 2 of my rx that left a message with the nurse and still no call back. I'm on hold right now and no one is answering. Been calling for a week now. To no avail. What kind of mental health office doesn't at least answer their phone? From the reviews, this seems to be a pattern.
