Tacos-N-Beer Bar & Grill

Upon the high recommendation of a 15 year old Monroe local we stopped by for dinner. Clean and well kept fun small Mexican restaurant with a large selection of food options. Chips came out hot and salsa was similar to many other places. Ordered tacos and they were better than the average. Flavor was good.

Staff was great. Very friendly! Prices are better than expected - further away you get from the city the lower the prices? 🤷‍♂

Overall, with a visit if you’re in the area looking for Mexican food and beer.

My daughter and I eat here about once a week. The food is outstanding, and the live music is awesome. They have taco Tuesday with taco and drink specials. Love this place.

I love this place each and every time we go. Packed full of flavor and plentiful portions. Service is always on point and never disappoints. Highly recommend

I travel a lot and eat Mexican at least once a week and in over 25 states so I think I know a little about Mexican food. This place was amazing and the service was excellent. I had the Lunch Texas Fajitas and it was enough food for two. The salsa was full of flavor and the chips were thin, warm and crispy. Our waiter was super nice and very attentive. He was handing you a refill while you were taking your last sip. No complaints here. I wish I would have found this place a lot sooner. Best Mexican food in Monroe hands down.

My daughter wanted to try here because they had discussed Tacos- n- Beer in her Spanish class. It was wonderful! We will definitely go again! The only downside (don't let it stop you) is the parking, but Monroe does have free parking "lots" close by also

Very fresh food. We had the Carnitas dinner platter and churros for dessert. The chips and salsa are great as well.. The salsa is cooked there every morning. Chips were crispy fried.
We were there on a Sunday, street parking was free. Ask for Jared, he does a great job. We will return.

This is the best restaurant I have been to since I moved to the USA. The food is great with a ton of great choice. There is no bad thing on the menu. My wife and I have decided that this is our spot and will most definitely visit far too many times…

Tacos and beer delicious and authentic. The California burrito is so yummy and their mole sauce is on point. The servers were friendly, and the serving sizes are generous. Also, the chihuahua cheese is sooo good!

Awesome service and great food! Decided to try something different this time. I normally get the fish tacos, which are fantastic, but I decided to try my son’s favorite: Tacos Hawaiianos. This hot sauce they bring with those is absolutely delicious, as is the rest of the dish. Would recommend the fish tacos or tacos hawaiianos!

I was impressed with the service, and the food was very good. I had the Texas fajita bowl. The amount of meat was way more then the amount of rice and veggies. Good service, big portions, great tasting food. Monroe eat dinner here. That is all.

It was delicious! We had our own private room upstairs for our family brunch.

We had my birthday here the Saturday before Valentine's we took over the tables out front bc it wasn't cold out. The food was sooo good! And the waiter took really good care of all of us and made sure our drinks stayed full and our food came quickly.

The food was great, and there was a lot to choose from the menu, and the prices are very affordable.

The food has always been great! We love to go on Saturday for karaoke!

I ordered the Texas Fajito Bowl and it was good. Tried the Mexican Corn dip which was delicious 😋 The staff is very friendly.
