Chipotle Mexican Grill

Probably my favorite chipotle restaurant in the area. I haven’t had a bad experience yet and the food is always perfect. Everything seems to taste fresher at this location compared to others! The sign listing the food has tiny font which makes me feel like I need some binoculars to read, that’s the only real complaint I have.

I eat here daily and by far the best chipotle in town. Alec is always smiling and very friendly. Need more employees like him

This place is always a great place to grab something fast to eat. The problem is is it is expensive. But I did notice that the new steak that they have that is like a season steak and it has like cilantro in it. The cilantro, first off was way too big to be in anything that they serve, and the steak that has the cilantro in it was not fully cooked. So just watch out for that. But otherwise super good I highly recommend everybody getting the app because the app does give you a lot of points that does help you combat the high prices that chipotle does charge you. And I feel like maybe to help them come back their high prices maybe charging people per ingredient because if I only get three ingredients in there I shouldn’t have to pay $15 for my rice bowl. But anyways, I digress it is a great place to grab some food really quick, but just be prepared super high priced.

I love love the food here. The burrito bowls are a good sized meal!
We have had times where the rice was crunchy, it happened twice. Food wasn't as good.
We do online ordering because lobby feels very cramped, especially during lunch/dinner.

Food is amazing, service is amazing, and atmosphere is amazing. The only reason why I rated service 4 stars instead of five is because they need to upgrade their system. Their computer tends to break more frequently than normal, but they are always respectful and provide a great attitude.

They made my plate exactly as I wanted and they were very nice

Went to the settlers creek location in omaha today. I've never been to a Chipotle before and I am pleased! Paxton made our burritos and was extremely helpful and patient, great customer service! The only downside is it is a little pricey. Spent $30 on 2 burritos. But customer service and atmosphere was great. It was clean and the food was delicious.

This is a very good location. The management is excellent, and they only serve fresh ingredients. I watched the staff restock the production line, so that everyone got all the ingredients they paid for. I feel that I've been to a number of other Chipotles that would serve a little less than they could If the were running low on an ingredient. Here they had more than enough, and restocked as needed

Give good serving sizes, quick service, polite and fairly priced! Will always be a go to location

The pretty black woman that was working today at about 11:50 am today, was extremely nice and had a great smile and was very friendly. However her coworker who I think may have been training her was annoying and rude and not friendly. Clearly the black woman was trying to learn how to do her job and I think someone else should train her. The girl was not doing a good job and just seemed annoyed and passive agressvice towards her. I hope this black woman gets the praise she deserves even when she seemed stressed out and was struggling she was still super nice and I would definitely go back again just to see her and for her customer service!

Very first time here! I ordered the carnitas (pork) bowl with white rice, cheese, and sour cream. The ladies were the friendliest people ever. They let us sample the meat before buying it. They fully explained everything and what was in it. Again it was my first time here. They even thanked me for coming to try the food here! I felt very welcomed! The restaurant was super clean also. I’m for sure coming back! If you haven’t came here yet I’d for sure recommend this place! Five star for sure in my opinion! I just can’t get over how flavorful the white rice and meat is! Great job! I will for sure return here! Thanks again chipotle! 🥰

Always quick service when I come here and they are always nice and polite. The takeout orders have always been correct and the food has always tasted fresh as well. The new cauliflower rice is an experience to try too, no real flavor and slightly different texture but worth a shot.

So far I’ve been here three times I think and never had any problems unlike the one on cornhusker rd. This one is so so much better never had a bad experience so far I love it I get my food fast everyone is nice. No mess ups no miss charges I LOVE IT!

Food and service are always great. Today I ordered online and so did a co-worker of mine however she ordered to the wrong Chipotle (72nd & Dodge). The gentleman working, who I believe was the manager, discovered the error. It was handled with courtesy and professionalism and the made the order and got me out the door in no time. We order from this location frequently and today was just another reason why I'll continue to support Chipotle. Awesome food and people!

I'd say this is the best chipotle around, simply for the fact that their customer service goes above and beyond. I ordered food via their site and the dasher mixed my order up with another. No problem, I called the store and they offered to remake it and bring it to me on their own. I was amazed at their commitment to the customer, even when it was doordash's fault. I offered the man bringing me my remade order a tip, but he politely declined. These guys really know how to take care of their customers!

My favorite Chipotle in town. The meats are always perfectly cooked (they keep the steak around medium, instead of blasting it like the other locations). Everyone can roll a burrito like they’re professionals. They’re always super polite and nice. A couple times they’ve comped me a free drink when I go in right before closing. It’s good, considering that they have hands down the best sweet tea around town. It’s like diabeetus in a cup - Wilford Brimley would be pleased.

I have tried Chipotle and I've tried the competition. I keep coming back to Chipotle. Bolder n better flavors and the Guac, it's delicious! I was supposed to post pics but I couldn't wait n already ate my burrito bowl! Oh and everything tastes super fresh, so either they cook in small batches or pull items off after a certain time, but I'm always sure to get a fresh and flavorful meal here every time!
Oh....and did I mention the Guac, yes it's that good!

We had Chipotle for my son’s graduation party yesterday and it was a big hit! Daniel and Denise were great to deal with. Professional and very helpful. Food was delicious! I would recommend this location for all your catering needs! Thank you for making it less stressful for me and for all your help! Everyone loved the food!

Amazing experience. I accidently ordered at the wrong location but when I showed up at the Papillon location the staff was so amazing. They just made my order & said they would handle working it out with the Bellevue location. I already liked the food but the staff made my day because I had a lot to do that day and they were so great without knowing everything already happening for me. Thank you!!

We always go to this location for chipotle. The staff is awesome
