Papa Johns Pizza

I just really wanted breadsticks one day so I went in with my boyfriend and placed and order. Rachel was the one who helped us and she was super sweet and helped me choose what to get and I ended up getting 2 different things and they were both really good. They were very quick making them and she was very helpful and nice!

I was ordering pizza from this Papa John's one night when my phone kept crashing. I would get to the last screen to place my order and nothing would load. I checked my tracker to see if my order went through and there was nothing. Needless to say, my order ended up going through four times. To make a long story short, when I got to the store, they had made all four orders. I apologized multiple times and was prepared to pay for all of them since it was totally my fault. However, the employee working the counter was understanding and kind enough to void the orders, only making me pay for one order. My gratitude to them

Like all new places in Lincoln, they’re going to be busy right out of the gate. I’m not a moron so I planned ahead. I placed my order online for a scheduled 5pm delivery. It arrived right at 5
And the driver was super friendly… Off to a good start. The pizza was definitely hot and fresh, It’s fast food pizza, but still really good for what it is, especially the stuffed crust. My only complaint is I feel like the pricing is high, that could just be me. A large stuffed crust and small two topping with bread sticks was $40. I’ll definitely be adding to the local pizza rotation.

We order pizza from here about once or twice a week depending. We have never had a problem with our various items we ordered or delivery. Pick up is always easy. Staff is friendly and polite.

They have a "Well Done" option which I highly recommend, it just crisps up the cheese and darkens the crust a bit more.

We had to wait 28 minutes, which isn't too bad if you know it ahead of time. But their tracker system is super helpful because it updates you as your order is being made.

They even threw in a few extra sauces for us!

Pizza was awesome! They stopped taking orders at one point because they were so swamped which is to be expected for their opening week. We were patient and called back when we were told to and we got our pizza delivered in less than 30 minutes. So excited the new location is finally open! People need to be patient and give them a little grace while they are dealing with the whole town of Lincoln trying to order pizza. Excited to finally put my app to good use and get some rewards, since this will now be our go to pizza for dinner. :)

The pizza was great. Definitely will be getting pizza there more often. I took the option of ordering online and having the husban pick yo on the way home. The only downfall was when he went to pick up they were maybe disorganized or the communication was off. Either way after about 20 minutes he got the pizza. I'm sure after they air out all the kinks they will have some awesome reviews.

For it being their first week, I thought our pizza was great! I think we need to give them a little grace since they just opened. The employees are probably new and need to time to learn. Giving bad reviews for week 1 is a little tacky. They were super nice when we picked up our order.

Food is great and fresh! Employees are friendly and helpful. We love getting pizza from here! Price is decent too.

Best papa John’s experience I’ve ever had they did my pizza and cheese sticks so right. Hats off to the guys at the Lincoln Papa John’s. I had a specific order right before they closed and they completely obliterated my expectations<3

Love that Lincoln opened up a new Papa John’s. A bit of a wait but expected due to just opening up. Customer service and food were excellent!

LOVE Papa Johns... Great pizza! Only reason I give it a three out of five is because I paid $9 extra to get the extra large pizza. When it arrived it was the exact same size as large. So why the $9 up charge?
