First and foremost, I was acknowledged by several employees in a kind and respectful manner. They got me in and out relatively quick both times. Work was done well and priced fairly. I plan on going back for any future tire problems.

Have had a few things done here. Always been straightforward and honest. Last job, I needed my truck that day, his employee stayed after hours to finish it. He's a small business, but, he goes above and beyond to provide A1 customer service.

He is truly a man of his word. He quoted me a price for leveling my truck and ran into a few issues that's taking longer than expected. But never charged me for the extra labor. If anyone has any concerns or worries about any other mechanic shops, give this guy a call you won't be disappointed. Already lined up more work for my truck with them. Highly recommend

I'm giving this place 3 stars for a couple of reasons and the middle rating has ZERO to do with Kenny or the mechanics, pricing or quality of work. Kenny has always been absolutely fantastic, HOWEVER as of this morning my 2 year old, delayed child, got us banned. Why? Well he "destroyed" the show room. How? He pulled pieces of a fake potted plant out of a dirt moss pot, spilled water on the floor and was simply out of control. It was 90+ degrees in that "show room" and we both had our limit of fun for that day apparently. So of course I offered to help clean it up, but was kindly told it was okay and we left. Fast forward to today when I realized my payment didn't clear so I called to do the payment via phone to make it right and the lady answered the phone, took payment and then decided to yell at me about how my child destroyed her show room and I let him and when he did that I did that. I tried to explain I offered to help, was very unaware of dirt on the floor from a fake potted plant and said sorry, but when I asked if she'd like me to buy them a new plant she said no she wanted us never to come back there again.

I am fully aware this was her decision, BUT I don't think the approach was appropriate.

With that being said, if you have children and need serviced, DO NOT take them with you to this business. There are cars and things they can reach and get in to and clearly it isn't okay or welcome.

The positives though are its great pricing, quick service and everything we've had done or anyone else I know has had done stood up.

1) pay with a card or cash to avoid anything not clearing- and get a receipt!
2) don't take any child with you especially ones who have special needs or are simply toddlers being tornados

****IN response to the owners post. I'm sorry I didn't notice a real plant that was bothered with. I was on my phone because my own family was having an issue, not anything else. My check bounced because of a frozen account, not non sufficient funds. That was the same card that I used today to pay your bill. That was the card I was waiting on to come. Thank you though. Well Kenny, your kindness seemed genuine. I am sorry he destroyed a live plant, but that was definitely not something I saw and if you look at your cameras I absolutely was paying attention. Also, there is very little you can do when you have a child that ISNT YOURS with you and they have special needs! I absolutely will continue to share this, but you saw very little of what actually occurred. And after finding out that Kenny was in fact not genuine or obviously kind based on his comment below, we shall drop this to 1 star.

I now see why I was warned about this place, sadly.
