So fall,the best service,restaurant and chiçken around springfield,im talking about my experience jun,22,2024 at 1.30 pm,this shift works great and the attention its pretty good everything was hot,fresh,tasty,I have just to said for my taste,the coleslaw taste kind of funny,like past fresh so i try I bit and I trow away the rest,but everything else was good.

KFC is a favorite place of mine and my grandson's. The food, especially the KFC bowl, crispy fried chicken and Mac and cheese are the best fast food around.

There is usually a line at drive up and it takes some time to get through. However, the food is hot and fresh when you pick it up at the window. They employees were friendly and efficient. They make sure when they ring your order that you're getting the best possible deal. There's so many different deals it's hard to keep track. Be aware that there is curbing to the right of the drive thru window. Don't just drive over it to get into the driving lane. I saw it happen twice and one narrowly avoided an oncoming car.

Good place to go. Good food. Reasonable price. Will go there again.

We are happy with the way this place is run. On our recent trip to KFC we had some issues with our order. I called right away after seeing an issue and reported it. We were offered two options, either to get a full refund or meal replacement. We chose meal replacement and when came to get the replacement it was completed to perfection and even had extra fries for unconvince.

The Tuesday special is great.

This place has always had great food and good employees butone has gone above and beyond. The store manager, Reggie, saw a customer in need and jumped in to help. A woman in medical need quickly stabilized her called for an ambulance. A rare sight these days but he was happy to do it.

KFC is one of my true vices. I enjoy this location as they are generally quick although sometimes inundated with hungry shoppers during busy times. They also sometimes forget small items in my order, but generally the food always tastes great and service is good.

The five stars are ALL for Tim it is slammed and even though I have waited 40 min to order I have been watching tim on front counter and he is DEFINITELY a hard worker he needs a raise for sure doubling grill and taking orders this kid deserves EVERY star .

One of the best KFC’s I’ve ever been to. No joke reviving my love for the brand during an over saturated fried chicken market. Deserves a Michelin Star. Thank you for everything this Springfield institution.

Great customer care and the food is prepared then not hours before. There is a little wait but that's not because people are goofing off it's because they're serving great tasting food at low prices.

Not Really good cleaning services.But Amazing food, The Popcorn Chicken Is to die for 😃 They don't have coke but Good Diet Pepsi. Good Rating, Good Chinken :D

I the chicken is always good. I'm not really a fan of their biscuits, but the rest of the sides taste fresh.

Staff amazing, patron continuously blowing his nose, clearing his throat,he was done eating, just sat there grossing me out ... I had to take my food home in order to eat!!!!

Chicken is cooked very well then I thought. I can compare that Kentucky Fried Chicken to the Springfield one which is also good. We have good service through the drive-thru window and everything was prepared just like we like it.

Idk what this mark guy is talking about lol, I was standing 3 people behind him in line and they gave him a refund + gave him an employee cup. I know those kinds of cups because I have a couple friends who work at the state st one. I’ve never had a bad time at any kfc and all of the people there are super cool. People just have sad lives and actually go and make a bad review over $1 how childish. @Mark Emery

The employees are kicking butt over there. They only have drive-thru but the line goes really fast. And the chicken is really fresh. Great dinner tonight

This place is on point. They keep the line moving quickly. Always get my order correct. Staff is friendly which definitely helps

I usually drive thru, but this time I went i side to place my order. It was clean, the staff was professional and courteous, and the food was freshly made to order.

Great food and friendly service, I enjoy the meal deals which give you a little variety and come with a drink.
