Completely satisfied from beginning to the end of the whole process. Luke was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. He helped me determine how many tables and chairs I needed and what size tents. He and his family were timely, from the set up process to taking the tents back down. It was impressive to watch and quite a lot of work for the price! Highly recommend!!!!

There service was outstanding. Luke was very communicative during the entire renting process, which I found very helpful during the planning and setup process. We have used Banquet & Party Rentals for two events and will continue to use them for our bi-annual conference. Chairs have been delivered on time, as ordered, and Luke is always responsive to any questions I've had.

More than 40 family members from as far away as California, Georgia, and Michigan came to Shippenville, PA. to bury Dad. We were going to need graveside shelter from either rain or sun for an age range from 6 to 90. A local funeral director quoted us a price of $550 for 30 chairs and a small tent. My brothers said, "Cut out the middle man funeral-connected expense." I called Banquet & Party Rentals who said they could do it for $308.99 and $75 less than that if we had someone to help with the tent pitch. When our attendance estimate increased to 45, Banquet & Party Rentals said, "Never mind, we'll add the chairs for no extra charge." When I arrived after 11 hours of driving, the tent was already in-place, chairs set in order, and nothing required of me but to mingle and share the meaning of our event with loved ones. This family business gives personal treatment and came through just as arranged by phone. I heartily recommend them!

Had a great experience with the reservation process. They had everything we needed. Had to cancel event last minute due to medical reasons and he was very understanding. Looking forward to scheduling another event in the future.

There was no communication other than pick up at 1pm did not inform they were gonna pick up 5 hours later this meant no security deposit was given. The overall quality of the tables and chairs were not great
