Smok Barbecue - Fort Collins

Everything I have tried has been great! I think my favorite thing is (weirdly) the salmon sandwich. They also have the best banana pudding!
Their bar is cute, their patio is nice (and has a bar), and the service is wonderful. One of my fav restaurants for sure

Lives up to the height, definitely recommend the brisket nachos. I feel like there are so few barbecue places that have both great meat and great sides, I personally am always let down by subpar mac n cheese, glad to say this is some of the best Mac I’ve had at a restaurant period, barbecue or not. Hope they start doing breakfast burritos soon

Finally have found the BBQ gem I’ve been looking for…. Fall off the bone delicious 😋 a new fave come check them out won’t be disappointed

All that was missing was the sweet tea, but the lemonade made up for it!

This place was a bit highpriced, just under $70 for two, that included an extra side for each of us, cornbread added, and one dessert. If you're looking to indulge, this is worth the try. Although the in-house BBQ sauce is delicious, I'm a fan of Carolina mustard, so I do wish there were a couple of other sauce choices.

First time visiting and what an awesome experience! There was seriously too much meat on the sandwich; I had to take some off. When was the last time someone said THAT about a restaurant?! Food was delicious and the staff was a delight — thanks, Ray, for the birthday wishes. Can't wait to go back again soon!

Everything about this place was amazing!!! Strongly recommend. Had just about everything on their menu… pulled pork, wings (my new fav), ribs, brisket tacos, jalapeño poppers - everything. The whole group enjoyed it all. Thanks!

Very delicious food, some of the best bbq around. Everyone was nice and helpful. Barely mentioned it was my birthday and got a free banana pudding as a surprise which put the cherry on top. Cool location as well, family friendly. Also, my vegetarian friend enjoyed his smoked mushroom sandwich.

Stopped in to grab some food never been here before. Food was amazing. Service was perfect. Not very crowded which was amazing and quite possibly the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time.

This place is amazing! All of the meats are so nice and juicy, and the sides are even better! Everything I have had from here has been so tasty. The customer service has always been outstanding as well! They are all so welcoming and upon entering you will always be greeted by a staff member!

I wish I could have tried everything! Jake, the GM and chef, has brought Texas style bbq to Colorado and it's delicious! Superb service at the bar and great bar seating.

The burnt ends were a little fatty for my taste (which is something I've noticed in the reviews... And yes, I have been to bbq places with lean burnt ends..no fatty pieces), but the lean meat within them was delicious!

The deviled eggs were full of flavor. Cheddar jalapeno sausage was moist and delicious. But my favorite was the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers (not breaded!!!).

Great quality for the price, and I had plenty of leftovers and left feeling stuffed!

Smok really scratches that itch for BBQ when you need it. They have a lot of fun options, even if you aren't feeling BBQ that day...the mushroom burger is way better than I expected it to be. It's just all around a good choice. We'll be back. Again and again.

Delicious BBQ! Awesome, relaxed atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Walk in and place your order, pick a table, and prepare your tastebuds! Food came out quickly, warm, and fresh. Perfect topping to chip ratio on the brisket nachos. Don’t pass up a chance to try the BBQ sauce! We’ll be going back for sure.

I have been looking for great Texas bbq since visiting earlier this year. After seeing high praise on the Denver location, we were stoked to see they opened a NoCO location. Tried a lot of different items. Everything we had, including drinks and dessert, was fantastic.

Visited this restaurant on a Thursday at lunch time and gave the 1/2 lb of brisket (priced at 16,00 USD) along with the coleslaw (priced at 6,00 USD) a try. Brisket was super delicious. The staff (Chris in my case) was very friendly.

Had a hankering for ribs so decided to try here. Ordered ribs and brisket and both were outstanding.

Place has a bar with tap beer and simple cocktails. Tables for dining in and outdoor seating as well.

It's tucked inside an open plaza area so you need to park and walk in a minute to get here, located in Foothills Mall.

Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the best BBQ in town and with service to match! Went there for an amazing lunch. Had the deviled eggs, brisket queso, smoked wings, burnt ends and sausage. All of it was fantastic. The bartenders there are also fantastic, Lillian and Robin. Ask for them by name and be assured of top notch service. We will continue to come back!!!

My friend and I ended up here when the sushi place next door had a wait of over an hour. Smok did not disappoint! The options sound yummy and there is a wide variety. I got the brisket sandwich and I can never turn down potato salad. The bbq sauce they offer is super flavorful and we enjoyed the friendly service. Sitting on their patio in the gorgeous weather was great for hanging out and chatting. Would recommend for all bbq lovers!

We have been searching for a good BBQ place here in town. Not only is SMŌK the place, it is AMAZING! We first ordered delivery and was truly impressed. I got the pulled pork sandwich. Lots of meat, great BBQ flavor, and paired perfectly with coleslaw on a brioche bun. Potato salad was my side, and it’s was perfect. My husband got the burnt ends sandwich and said it was killer. I also ordered the red beans aka chili. OMG, might just be my favorite. It is loaded with pork and brisket and beans and is sooooo good.
We also went in-person. Very inviting environment. They have a nice bar and outside seating area. We ordered the jalapeño poppers and queso with brisket. The poppers were very good. Wrapped in bacon and perfectly cooked. It came with a super yummy BBQ ranch. My husband got the pastrami sandwich for St. Patrick’s day and oh my was it super tasty!
If you are looking for good BBQ in FOCO, no need to look any further. SMŌK has you covered!

OMG this place is a must!!! Eat here!!
My first time here and went with the tried and true pulled pork sandwich... It is huge. The pork is perfectly tender and unbelievably seasoned perfectly with the house made slaw crunchy and tangy. My side was the seasoned fries and I could not stop eating these!!! Amazing seasoning without being too salty! The bbq sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy without too much of either.
I will definitely be back again and again to try everything on the menu...I think this might be the best BBQ in NoCo!!!

The food was so good! It’s definitely the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. The sauce was really flavorful and it was a really nice place. The staff and service was great and they made the experience enjoyable.
